My 2003 Toyota Camry started over heating so we took it here and left very satisfied. Even though it wasn’t the news we wanted to hear about our car I really appreciated the way the handled everything and gave us their best recommendations. This family operated shop is great! They always have a smile on their face and understand what needs to be done on the car. I feel I can bring my car for repairs multiple times with the feeling that they’ll always do the best for the car and my budget. I know, because I’ve tried many other repair shops in Tracy before.

Wow what great service! I couldn’t have asked for better in the bad situation I was in. They not only diagnosed my car in 10 min but they were completely honest with me about what they would do as a mechanic in this situation and it wasn’t for there benefit. I was new in the area and had been looking for a new mechanic to take my vehicles to, it’s always a gamble with finding a new one that you can trust. After searching I had seen the reviews about E&M and they were all great. I needed some work on my 97 Tahoe so decided to stop by the shop, since then I have been very happy with service. They truly do great work at a good price and you can feel like they care about their work and taking care of their customers. I recommend and will return in the future.

If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. The customer service I received by Esmeralda and Marcelino was the best I have ever received in auto repair/​bodywork services and I have had a lot of cars over 30 years. My Mercedes was hit in a parking lot recently and had to be repainted etc. E&M guided me every step of the way and kept me informed every step of the way from start to finish, dealing with the insurance adjusters to obtaining a rental car for me and even driving me to pick up the rental car. At the same time I decided to have the entire car painted bumper to bumper due to some major scratches. I was able to put a claim in to my own insurance under comprehensive, once again they were by my side every step of the way. My car was painted bumper to bumper and looks like brand new again. There prices are very fair and their customer service is much more than 5 starts. I highly recommend E&M Mobile repairs, Inc. for all of your automobile repairs, services and body work.

Great place. After being charged huge truck loads of labor from dealerships in the past, I decided to try something different when I bought a used car with some body damage and ugly yellow flames on the sides. E&M was able to get my hood replaced, fender repaired, door fixed, paint over the flames, and they faded in the paint job to match my existing paint on the rest of the car.
Not sure how much they charged me for parts, but who cares because their labor is more than reasonable!!!
My used car nearly looks brand new, I could not be happier. All for $ 1,600
My quote at the dealership was about $ 5,500, and another body shop wanted about $ 3,000
E&M even buffed and polished my engine! I thought they mistakenly gave me a new engine, but they just went the extra mile and cleaned it up for me. They also cleaned up the rest of the car exterior.

staff are really friendly. Paint shop does a very good job the painter knows exactly what he is doing. The try to always save u the most they can. Quality work, Quality paint. Over all highly recommended.
The mechanic shop is also very good. They do almost everything there, good prices, great quality work. they are really organized and also they have the mobile repair truck, just in case u get stuck in the street or freeway or just cant make it to the shop. The shop goes to you. Highly recommend.
