I have nothing but positives to say about Russell Heating and Air. The office staff and technicians were all helpful and kind. The technicians were able to quickly pinpoint the problem with our AC and get it fixed, keeping cost to a minimum. They also spotted an issue with a furnace hose and explained how to fix it ourselves, or said it would be a quick labor fix if they did it. Love that they weren’t trying to just beef up the bill, but tried to be honest and helpful. Will absolutely pass their name on to my friends and will continue to call when I have issues. They were quick, responsive and kind. Awesome business!

I have used this company twice now. They are a great service oriented company with excellent customer interaction. My experience is two uses for two different things and two different technicians. They provide exceptional service without overcharging or trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I will not be calling anyone else. If you have HVAC needs start with these guys you will not be disappointed.

Finally — experts you can trust!
This is a family owned business — extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had an issue with some ducts under the house — easy fix. As a courtesy they inspected my furnace and low-​and-​behold… 37yr old betsy (our furnace) had developed a hole in her heat-​exchanger. Carbon monoxide test inside the house showed that we were breathing in way more than safe levels. Nick and his team worked with our home warranty company to take care of the new furnace install, quite a bit of retrofit duct and electrical work, and a few hours later we had warm, clean air in the house again. This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Russell and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This is an amazing company!
Our air conditioner stopped working during one of the summer’s triple digit heat weeks. I called this company and was given a decent appointment wait of a couple days away. I was called back within minutes and told they could come out within an hour!
Nick and Nathan were extremely knowledgable, professional, and had my air conditioner fixed in just a few minutes.
I found the prices fair ($ 50 to come out for an estimate, $ 185 to replace the capacitor), and would recommend using this company anytime your AC stops working.

A/​C stopped working… fan was on but no cool air coming out– every company in town was booked out for days– a friend recommend Russell Heating and Air so I called. They were booked too, but said if they could come out a 7:00 a. m the next day they would fit me in… no problem it was hot and who can sleep when it’s hot? The next day at 6:59 my door bell rang and 20 minutes later the bad relay had been replaced and the A/​C was humming!!! Whoohoo my house is cool again.

Read all the other 5 star reviews and took a chance. Nick came over and could have repaired my outdoor central A/​C unit but at 26 years old I asked him if he could just replace the whole unit. With his price, which was way less than other companies. I said go for it. He is very knowledgeable and seems to be committed to his customers by standing by his work.
Call them up and schedule and appt for a tune up for your furnace and maybe a cleaning for your ac unit. That way you’re in their books. Its a young company of only a couple years and they will be filling up fast with all these more than satisfied customers.
Nick did a clean install and does everything by code for safety. If anyone has any questions about his work feel free to ask nick or brittney for my number and i’ll answer any questions as a previous customer.
Thanks Nick and Brittney, glad im a customer while you’re still fairly small. You’ll be big in no time with the quality and caring you guys put into the business.

I highly recommend these wonderful people. My air conditioner quit working on the first super hot day of the year. I called and got an early appointment, and like clockwork, my technician Nate, was at my door ready to help. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my A/​C! Great communication, wonderful customer service, and genuine people.

My A/​C stopped working over the weekend during our son’s birthday party — of course! I called these fine folks first thing Monday morning and got an appointment for the next day. I dealt with Brittany, Nate and Nick. All three were very friendly, went way above and beyond to help and, most importantly, I felt comfortable with them in my home. Highly recommend!

Very punctual (I had mentioned that I needed to be out of the house soon), very professional (Nick explained the issue and went out to get the part and returned and replaced it very promptly) and overall, a very satisfactory experience and most importantly he stayed and tested my heating system to make sure it was running smoothly and even took care of the rattling sound we had had previously. Had great experience with Russell Heating and Air. Nick came out told us the bad news and how much it would cost. But it also was what others said it would cost plus I felt comfortable with his attitude so I felt good about hiring him. During the recent heat wave, our A/​C went out at 5pm on a Saturday night. I called around to different places and not surprisingly, everyone was closed.
The last call I made was to Russell Heating. That should have been my first call. Nick answered the phone (by this time was around 7pm) and told me he had just got home from a long day but he would be able to make it out first thing Sunday morning. He told me he could be here between 6am –7am. Perfect!
6:15am rolls around and sure enough, Nick shows up ready to go. By 6:45am he had it all taken care of. It was a blown capacitor.
Time for the bill…
I’m thinking to myself it’s going to be at least $ 500 or so because of after hours, short notice, expensive part, etc. NOPE. Nick told me it was a flat $ 185 for everything, part included. My jaw dropped. He said he’s not going to charge for any of the «emergency» calls the other guys charge for.
Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. Trustworthy people like this don’t come around often these days. I will be calling him for any AC/​Heating problems from now on. I highly recommend Russell Heating & Air Conditioning.

We were having problems getting the downstairs to cool off in the summertime. We called Russell heating and air and Brittany was very helpful in suggesting possible causes of our problem. Nick came out and found our system to be in working order. He suggested installing mechanical dampeners to the system at a cost of a couple hundred dollars. But, get this, he also told me it’s an easy do-​it-​yourself project! I love the honesty.
