Sonic Drive-In

I went to this sonic while on a group road trip. I sat there and waited for the better part of twenty minutes waiting on my food while everyone else finished their food. When I asked, I was told it was taking a while because «the chicken took a while» (one of the other girls in my group had ordered the same thing and got it within five minutes). After everyone was done and we were ready to go, I still didn’t have my food and the guy told me «they lost my order» and that they would get it out for me. So we waited another five minutes to get the chicken, and I still had to pay full price for it, and only gave me a free drink. The thing that topped it off was the fact that they didn’t even give me the boneless chicken wing flavors I asked for! The worst sonic I have ever been to. I won’t ever stop at this one when I go through Trinidad again. Ever. Swerve.

I’ve been eating sonic for years and I have never been so disappointed with my food. Our order consisted of 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich, all of which came out like they hadn’t even been under a heating lamp. We waited for upwards of 10 minutes for food that seemed like it was just sitting out on the counter for the last few hours. The cheese on the burgers wasn’t melted and the fries and tots were just as cold. I am one of the least picky people when it comes to food and my experience at the sonic in Trinidad was about the worst I’ve ever had. I’d have given it half a star if it was an option. Two thumbs down. Boo

I like Sonic a lot. The service at this location was not great, and it took FOREVER to get our two shakes.

Just have to counter that sad, 1-​star review out there. This Sonic is super accessible, easy on and off I-​25 by just a block. They have several outdoor tables (more than most Sonics) for enjoying a quick lunch in the sun with the family and dog, mid-​road trip. Service was fast and friendly, standard Sonic fare, no surprises. Cherry limeade’s as good as ever.

Terrible sonic! Stopped by on a road trip and get the worst service. Messed up our order 4 or 5 times and took nearly every employee to fix it. Manager was also rude. So disappointed by this sonic.
