Established in 1999.

The owner of EquityQuest is a third generation builder. Both his grandfather and father were and are life long builders. EquityQuest Homes was started in 1999, from that point on they have been honored and blessed to participate in making families’ dreams a reality. Our Team are all experienced building professionals and combined bring years of experience to each and every project we build.

The talented team of Shannon and Gina Amburn is what makes EquityQuest Homes unique. Shannon is a 3^rd generation home builder who has been building homes in the Portland area for over 20 years. He is an expert in sweat equity and affordable custom homes. Gina is a certified designer. Her design expertise combined with a one-​of-​a-​kind design program allows you to see your future home come to life in 3D images. They offer a FREE design consultation and plan drawing, as well as a FREE lot consultation to get you started on the path to the affordable custom home of your dreams!
