Established in 2014.

A Space To Grow celebrated its official grand opening in the fall of 2014. Created out of a soulful vision to create a space in the Capital Region that was more than a business, but a space to grow community. A space to develop meaningful professional and personal relationships. Where like-​minded practitioners can support one another in growing their life’s work and passion by sharing and collaborating together.

Buffy Owens is a Feldenkrais Practitioner & Visionary. She is the founder of Conscious Movements and the lead facilitator at A Space To Grow. She is passionate about creating a viable & healthy community in the heart of Troy, NY!
