Kevin at J&M is fantastic and runs a business the way it used to be — honest, caring and wanting the best outcome for the customer! I took in a small plastic trunklid assembly that needed to be painted and matched to body color. Kevin could not do it right way and instead came up with the brilliant idea of removing the parts from the new assembly and replacing the faulty ones in the old and eliminating the need to paint. I walked out of there in 5 minutes and he refused to take any money. I will certainly be going there for my future needs and recommend to friends and family.

8÷10÷15 brought my dad’s truck to be worked on. My dad wanted to take it to another place who wanted him to replace an entire door on a 2000 Dodge Ram. After some persuasion, I brought the truck here and was told that it’s a common problem. He spent 5 minutes fixing it and told me, the expensive option would be to replace the door, but this will do on a truck this old. As good as new.
Takes a person with much character to look at the overall picture of a customer and the vehicle and not their bottom line to do what he did. Mad respect…

I called to get some information before I went there. The woman who answered the phone was very, very helpful and friendly. I went to the shop a few days later and they fixed my boo-​boo on the spot. I was amazed and so thankful. This is one great business. Everyone was wonderful, as well as the quality of the work… YEAH! Thank you guys.

I cannot recommend J&M highly enough. I got in an accident this past fall, and needed to get my rear driver’s side door replaced, with some touch up work. Everyone at J&M was so helpful throughout the entire process– from walking me through how the estimate goes, to getting the work done. They were honest, up front, and timely. I had been rear ended a few weeks ago and looked to Unilocal for a good place to start getting quotes for the repair. After getting a walk-​in quote from J&M I decided to not get any other quotes and get the work done with them. I can’t say whether the price was good or not; as my insurance covered the full amount of the repairs. I can say that my insurance didn’t bat an eye at the costs though, if that means anything.
I got the car back when initially promised it to be done and the repairs look GREAT! They even washed the outside and cleaned and vacuumed the inside.
Super nice people at the front desk. If I ever have the need to get my car repaired this is where I’m going.

I drove over a very small metal pole that was sticking out of the pavement in a parking lot. I didn’t see it as it was so small and the same color as the pavement. But it ripped something on the bottom of my car and it destroyed my bumper cover. Fluid started leaking out of the bottom of my car. So I had the car towed to J&M collision for the repairs.
I can’t say good enough things about J&M. Not only did they do a beautiful job matching the paint on the replacement bumper cover, but they had the good judgment to send the car to the dealership so that my new car warrantee would not be compromised. It turned out that the fluid I saw leaking out of the bottom of my car was engine oil. I had damaged the oil pan and the repair required special tools which the dealership had.
J&M took care of everything and even managed the towing of my car to the dealership for the engine repair. I have my car back and it is as good as new. I had no hassles with my insurance company as J&M explained everything to them and got the necessary approvals without hassling me.
My continued thanks and appreciation go to Kevin and the family business at J&M. I would never take my vehicles any place else.

I had the best experience with J&M Collision. Kevin was great to deal with and such a professional. After getting an estimate from a Ford dealership, I contacted J&M for a «second» opinion. I’m so happy I did! He was able to fix my side mirror, and didn’t have to order a new one (unlike what the dealership wanted to do) and had my repair done in an hour for $ 400 less than what the dealership wanted to charge me. After putting off this repair for months because of what I thought it would cost, I can’t tell you how much this meant to me. In my opinion, J&M are as honest and professional as they get!

I have been going to Rick and Luann Rheeder for over 12 years now for all my collision needs, and I recently had my wheels and calipers painted there. They always do «Just Meticulous» work, and have become friends with the owners.
