Coldwell Banker was founded in 1906 when Colbert Coldwell, a young real estate Sales Associate, observed families trying to piece their lives together following the disastrous San Francisco earthquake.

Disapproving of Sales Associates who acquired property from vulnerable sellers and then resold it at huge profits, and seeing a need for honest, knowledgeable real estate professionals, he formed his own company.

The new company was based on a revolutionary philosophy: the client’s best interest above all. In 1914, Benjamin Arthur Banker, another real estate professional, joined Colbert Coldwell as a full partner. Together, Coldwell and Banker forged a tradition of integrity, exceptional service and customer satisfaction that became the company’s hallmark. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Marketing, Stefanie quickly became a top producer in B2B sales for a National Xerox vendor. She moved to Lake Tahoe in the 90’s where she held National Sales positions for two commercial finance companies as well as making the transition into the mortgage and real estate industry.

Over the last 16 years Stefanie has been recognized for her successful production with both Federally Chartered Bank institutions as well as privately held correspondent lenders with clients in multiple locations across the West. After choosing to focus primarily on the Real Estate side of her business, she helped to create what is now Tahoe Agent Group. Combining her extensive background in marketing, sales negotiations, customer relations, and finance. Stefanie is a unique real estate agent in the Tahoe area. She has the knowledge and the experience to help her clients achieve their property goals.
