I started this business in May 2014. I started because I was fed up with the way shops that I’ve worked with or encountered treated their customers. I feel like anyone can be trained to do repairs. But not everyone can provide a high level of customer satisfaction. When we as people spend our money, we want to know that we are valued. This is the value that I strive to provide each person who my business comes in contact with.

My background has always been in either electronics or music. Funny that all the music we listen to from electronic devices is nothing more that electricity manipulated. I think my drive for repairing these devices rivals that of my desire to provide the best service possible. I want my customers to feel valued when they leave my business.
