Yep, you read that right — Uncle Maddio’s now has gluten-free pizza in our kids’ meals! Up until now, our awesomely delicious, thin and crispy gluten-free crust has been available only in a 9″ pie. Now you can have it as a smaller 6″ pizza in our combos and in kids’ meals! Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint is the only restaurant in the nation to offer gluten-free pizza in kids’ meals. Our gluten-free dough is made from a combination of rice, tapioca, & potato flours. Oh, and if you’re looking for gluten-free ingredients to top off your crust, we have more than 25 of them.
