Established in 1962.

ACE Hardware Stores, Inc. was incorporated in Tucson in 1962, and was the FIRST ACE Hardware Store in Arizona. We are locally owned and managed, and an affiliate of the Ace Hardware co-​operative; comprised of over 6,000 stores in the U.S. and over 500 stores in 70 countries worldwide.

In our 51 years of doing business, the 22^nd St. store has grown from 15,000 sq. ft to over 50,000 sq ft. The store’s departments include, housewares, hobby shop, woodworking shop, outdoor power equipment sales and repair shop, and an outside sales staff certified as The Supply Place.

The 22^nd and Kolb Ace Hardware is owned and operated by the fourth and fifth generations of the Findysz family, in the original location at 6959 E. 22^nd Street. From the years 1988 — 2006, four additional stores across Tucson were opened and now operated by the family. We are proud to be part of the Tucson community for 51 years, and to have served three generations of Tucsonans. We look forward to helping with your project
