Al Vasey – State Farm Insurance Agent

I could not be happier about the customer service I received from Al and his team. I was referred to Al through a friend who told me he could help me roll over my IRA. I work Monday through Friday so it was difficult for me to make an appointment before his office closed. Because of this, Al drove across town to meet me at my employer to perform my rollover. He even spoke on the phone to my previous financial institution and explained to me in detail everything about my new plan. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible customer service. I look forward to working with Al and his team more in the future!

Worst customer service ever… I finally cancelled my policy through State Farm but this guy continued to steal money out of my account via automatic withdrawal over a month AFTER my cancellation. If he’s your agent don’t trust a word they say.

I was contacted by Ashley at Mr Vasey’s office stating the she may be able to decrease my car insurance premiums if I transfered my policy over to their office since I have my home owners insurance with them. We emailed back and forth and came up with a price of $ 87.62 per month to insure my two vehicles which was less than what I was paying with my other insurance carrier. After I canceled my policy I received another call about 3 weeks later from Ashley stating that her underwriters were unable to offer me the insurance at the $ 87.62 price and that it was now well over $ 100 per month. This company is shady they get you to cancel one policy, when they have you with them the price does not stay the same.
