My wife and I tried this place last night and it was not a good experience. We ordered cheese bread and didn’t get any marinara or ranch with them. We didn’t think to check the box before we left because the website states it comes with them so we assumed they would be in the box. However, even if we had received marinara and ranch I don’t think it would have made the cheese bread taste better. Their BBQ chicken pizza is made with normal pizza sauce and has BBQ sauce drizzled on top. I have never had a BBQ chicken pizza that wasn’t made with BBQ sauce rather than pizza sauce. The chicken did not taste good, nor did the rest of the pizza. We also ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was mediocre at best. We will definitely not spend money there again.

I was at a friend’s house for dinner last night and we really wish we never would have ordered from Marco’s. First off, the guy who answered the phone(I think his name was Don/Donald) was incredible impatient and rude with my friend’s mom who ordered the pizza’s. He clearly did not want to be there. After ordering the pizza’s, the delivery guy showed up with everything, but after opening the box for the meat pizza we ordered, we noticed the pizza was not even cut up. My friend called back and spoke to a woman who identified herself as an assistant manager. He let her know about his experience and asked to speak to the store manager. She advised he would not be in until Sunday(today). He gave her his number and asked her to have the store manager call him back. She called back about 1 minute later and said she would give him a full refund, and that the guy who placed the order would personally drive the refund back to him. About 15 – 20 minutes later, the delivery driver who brought the pizza’s(not the guy Don/Donald who took the order) showed up at his door with $ 20.00. He apologized and said that is what the assistant manager told him to bring back. My friend was promised he would get $ 30.00 and change back for the entire meal(we ordered salads too). The delivery driver again apologized(he was the only person that tried to make things right, was very friendly and had awesome customer service… he sounded like he had an Irish accent). My friend was clearly upset that he did not get the full refund he was promised by the assistant manager, so he gave the $ 20.00 back to the delivery driver and said he was driving down to Marco’s personally and would get the full refund. He walked in and the assistant manager gave him a full refund. The assistant manager also mentioned Don/Donald refused to bring the refund back to him, even after the awful service he provided and I guess Don/Donald walked out. I know my friend, his parents and many of our other friends order a lot of pizza from Marco’s… no matter the occasion(New Year’s Eve, Superbowl, birthday’s etc…) and none of them will be ordering anymore from Marco’s. If the store manager reads this, my suggestion is you get rid of your rude phone employee Don/Donald and your rude assistant manager(woman). Your delivery driver, who had an Irish/English accent, was absolutely wonderful and he should be your assistant manager. I feel bad that he has to work with such awful people.

The food was was cold. The driver originally only dropped off two of the four things that we ordered. This experience was disappointing to me considering it was our first time ordering from here. We usually go with Pizza Hut when we order delivery. By the time they brought our sandwiches back they were soggy and cold. They did however throw in a 2 liter of Pepsi, which was nice of them, but I would’ve preferred the food take longer and be fresher. The lady that answered the phone seemed busy and her customer service was overall terrible, she answered the phone with Marcos, please hold and didn’t really seem to concerned about it. If the food was hot when it arrived, I bet it’d be good.

Easy online ordering. I think their prices are right in line with all other pizza places and you can always find a promo code to get a few bucks off. Delivery is fast and always friendly and the food is hot. Every time I’ve ordered extra cheese from other delivery places, it’s pretty hard to tell if you actually got the extra cheese — not the case with Marco’s — you know you got the extra cheese. Tried the meatball pizza this time and it was great. I’m a little picky about pizza sauce — don’t like it too spicy or too bland. Marco’s pizza sauce is just right in my book. Marco’s is my favorite place for delivery pizza.

Used to really like this place, they changed up the sandwiches to «6 inch» and footlong, used to have just one size 8″? Anyways, last couple times I’ve called some rude ass bitch answered the phone acting bothered, trying to fend me off giving an «hour delivery time, do you still want to order?» line, ordered 2 chicken club subs and somehow ended up with a turkey sandwich which I didn’t even know they had(I’ve been ordering the chicken sub for 5+ years) I called after the order and she acted bothered insisting I ordered the turkey which I didn’t even know they had and reluctantly offered a credit… I’ll be ordering from Serial Grillers or Arizona Pizza Co from now on…

We order pizza this evening as we’ve done so many times in the past. We like their pizza ok… just ok. But the employees need to learn better customer skills. Karen took our phone order and was extremely impatient. .I’m sorry Karen if we were too slow ordering. When we picked up the order the male clerk seemed bored and unassuming. Well I guess Marcos has enough customers and doesn’t need anymore. That’s too bad.

Amazing Pizza, Amazing toppings! Delicious Sauce! Little pricy, perhaps more than a little pricy. But they have one of the best Pizza’s in town. Wings are terrible.

Followed the website to order from the website after reading strong reviews. The person on the phone was unhelpful at best. I don’t care how good the food is if they’re rude.

I came to the business because of the high reviews. I didn’t think the pizza(large pep) was all that great. Good, but nothing to rave about. It was VERY greasy(see pic) and the«fresh cheese and dough» did not stand out for me. I initially thought this was a mom and pop place, but through some internet surfing discovered it is a chain. The employees were friendly and the chain store Ranch dressing was VERY tasty(I like to dip my pizza). It was so good, in fact, it almost tasted store made. Because of the ranch, I would choose Marcos’s over all the other local chain pizza joints. Other pros… Cheap, large 1 topping, with tax under $ 10!(This and the ranch got them four stars). They also aren’t stingy on the topping. ;)

Ever since I moved to Tucson I’ve been looking for some good pizza. After trying 10 different places I’ve finally found it! This place is delish! You can totally tell that the cheese is fresh not frozen. The crust is soft on the inside with a crisp outside. The price is very good for such a quality pizza. This will definitely be my new go to pizza spot.

We ordered due to the reviews and found the pepperoni extreme pizza and buffalo style wings both to be excellent. Fantastic crust and large wings. A fast and polite delivery driver capped the overall great delivery pizza experience.

Favorite place for delivery… I would like to warn you, it’s so good you can’t stop eating it, even after you are ridiculously full. Do not order planning for left overs, you won’t have any left.

We tried this place out for Super Bowl Sunday, and it was so good! Their cheese bread tasted yummy. Their prices are inexpensive. I ordered 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, cheese bread, and a liter of soda plus delivery charges(not including tip). It came out to $ 24! Give them a try!

This was my first time ordering from Marco’s, and I was extremely impressed from start-to-finish. Their online ordering system made it extremely simple to complete my order, and navigating the menu was very user-friendly as well. It even had a built-in tip calculator to streamline the process. The estimated order delivery time was 45 minutes, so I was delighted to hear a knock on the door in just under 25! The delivery driver was very polite and professional as well. To too it off, the food was delicious. Everything in my order was right on point, hot, and put together in quite an appetizing manner. It was delicious. Do I plan on ordering from Marco’s again? Absolutely!

Fly me to the moon! That’s how excited I am to find old world pepperoni. You know the kind that is smaller in size and spicier than regular pepperoni. Regular pepperoni just lays there, spilling it’s grease, faster than an oil spill, all over your pie, causing many to blot their pizza with a napkin, oh the horror. Old world pepperoni curls up into a little cup, I like to call a grease chalice. It forms a lip, that cooks faster than the rest of the roni, so it is crisp and delicious almost bacon like. The fat of the pepperoni renders faster than reg. pepperoni so the cup contains a tiny sip of pepperoni love. Enough about the roni. I ordered on line and it was a breeze. You could even ask for light sauce, or extra bake time. I went with the New Yorker, which is a thinner pizza with larger slices. I went with light sauce and it was spot on. I asked for reg. bake time and it was perfect. My roni still formed the perfect crisp bacon like lip. They don’t skimp either, one slice had 13 pepperonis on it! I got the butter garlic, parm, and Roma flavored crust. Hands down, this is my favorite chain pizza that I have ever had. I’m going to be the duchess in no time! Carry out only. Nice and clean inside. Note: I creatively borrowed the term grease chalice from a winning entry in a pie-ku contest. Consider it flattery.

My wife Loves MACROSPIZZA! in fact she loves it so much that we have had it twice in the last 2 weeks! We get a medium pineapple and bacon and a large pepperoni magnifico! They are always both so good and just the right size to fill us up or to have some left overs! I love Marcos pizza! not just because my wife does but because they are always fast, courteous, reasonably priced, &AWESOME pizza every time! Keep it up!

Ordered from this location for the second time, and will NEVERORDERFROMTHEMINTHEFUTURE!!! I ordered a med pizza with peperoni and mushrooms. When I opened the box I was immediately disappointed! They used WATERED, CANNEDMUSHROOMS! I’m sure many of you know what canned watered mushrooms taste like. GROSS, that’s what! They weren’t even baked into the pizza! They were thrown on top… thank God! They were easy to pick off as you can see in the picture I posted. When I called to complain to the manager, he did not apologize or try to offer a solution. He defended the can mushrooms by telling me NOONE uses fresh mushrooms, only Papa John’s! What??? I have ordered pizza from all three major chains, and a lot of smaller pizza stores from here to my years living in Los Angeles, even when I went to the Philippines HAVENEVERGOTTENANYTHINGBUTFRESHMUSHROOMSON A PIZZA!!! The first time I ordered, the pizza wasn’t bad at all, but if they’re OK with using canned mushrooms, what else are they OK with??? Obviously the owner and management could give two sense. Stay far away!
