Fresh for being fast food. Very friendly service, they bring your food to your table, and everything was very clean.

Love Chick-fil-A, this one had a huge dining room, which made it less crowded than some others. Food was good, employees were friendly, they kept coming by asking if we needed refills on our drinks. I had Spicy chicken and fries, my wife had a club salad.

This is by far the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Let’s start with they forget the chicken nuggets to all 3 of my girls meals and only had their fruit then my fries were cold. Bathrooms are so unsanitary, they do not clean them! The play area smells, filled with trash, no ventilation, and no A/C!!! They have a small black fan that you get from the store in it! JUSTTERRIBLE!!! I will never come back to this CFA!!!

I love chick fil a. I don’t have any complaints about the food. This chick fil a in particular is very slow, especially in the drive thru. I also once found a hair in my spicy chicken sandwich :/, not cool.

Best chicken sando. Get the spicy with pickles and coleslaw because you deserve it! Lemonade on hit buy too much ice. Don’t get waffle fries as they customarily serve them over cooked and chewy. But that spicy chicken sando and coleslaw will make you wanna slap yo mama!

Delicious food when I came here I was visting from California and we have a chick fil a too, but we have a Monday deal by a milkshake and get a free 8 count nugget. It was a Monday and they didn’t have that deal shouldn’t all the chick fil a be the same deal and cost wise

I used to frequent here in the east side when spending my summers there growing up. It’s been many years since I’ve had chick fil a, and was excited to finally have a chance to grab a bite. We ordered a kids meal, grilled sandwich meal, 12 pc nuggets meal, and a chick fil a sandwich. I was sadly disappointed! Food was not foot at all! Everything was greesy and soggy. Would have returned it but we were heading back to Vegas and got the order to go. We were all so hungry we ate it even though it sucked. The best thing was the sauce. Not how I remember this place :(

You definitely can’t go wrong with the chicken sandwich and waffle fries, they have some of the best shakes that I’ve ever found that a fast food restaurant made with real ice cream, now if you’re looking for something a little healthier they do you have some low-calorie emails as well as salads and I’m really loving the new boneless & skinless chicken nuggets, surprising they are full of flavor but even if they weren’t there is an amazing selection of dipping sauces for you to choose from. It’s a great place to bring the kids as they have a little small playground although I can get a little stuffy in the play area, this location in particular usually has mostly giveaways, typically it’s in the morning from 6 to 10 and they put out the calendar so that you’re aware of the dates and what’s going to be free on that day, always friendly faces Will and ready to take your order, oh thing I dislike is them being closed on Sundays.

The Chick-fil-A on E. Broadway is definitely among my favorite fast-food restaurants in Tucson. What makes this franchise location top my list is the superbly friendly customer service, the food quality/taste, and above all cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas(especially the bathrooms). All of those elements combined speaks volumes about how much the franchise cares about its appeal and customer-retention. I love the pleasant music the restaurant has playing in the lobby, and the charming little vases of flowers on each table give an inviting touch. Service is always quick and food top-notch. We always pick this location to visit when we’re craving waffle-fries and chicken sandwiches.

Best fast food service in Tucson. My debit card wasn’t going through due to a bank error. And instead of waiting or making me get back in line my cashier comped the meal! I was truly astounded and grateful! And the chicken being awesome is just icing

This location is constantly packed and incredibly busy. Don’t expect the lines to be short, the drive thru is even worse. Still the service is pleasant and the food is delicious. I always feel the sandwiches are small and I can’t get enough of the waffle fries.

I don’t know what the rage is about Chick-fil-A, maybe it’s me, I just don’t get it. Don’t get me wrong, I like my chicken, but this is just blah. Is it a better choice than a burger? Absolutely! But there’s no real flavor to it… We got the grilled chicken sandwiches & the kids meal chicken nuggets. My husband liked it. Definitely better chicken than McDonald’s and Subway! But not better than Arby’s chicken pecan salad sandwich!

Really good chicken, however portions are not that big. Their«large» portion is just enough to feed a baby turtle, however the chicken and fries were pretty tasty. Give it a try if you like chicken.

Very friendly service, and a nice big location to accommodate the large volume of customers. This location delivered fresh chicken sandwiches quick! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely pass by to grab a bite to eat!

Okay best chicken nuggets hands down! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! They accept digital coupons and never give you hard time about them. Food always cooked right — no complaints there! FYI — the drive thru gets ridiculously long and you could be waiting for a bit!

best tasting chicken sandwich and it’s always hot when you get it. The service is excellent and the place is always packed. They also have a lot of happenings for kids and grown ups that you can enjoy in this establishment.

Chick Fil A is one of our family’s favorites! Do you like milkshakes? Well, I highly recommend their shakes! I love their Cookies N’ Cream Milkshakes! They’re delicious and not too sweet! Their sandwiches are good as well. Not too greasy. Their kids meals are a little on the small portion but that’s OK. Customer service is fast and friendly! However, this location had a really filthy play area. There was snot and food on the floor. Plus, it smelled like feet :( Verdict: I’ll definitely be back for the food/customer service. I’ll take my kids elsewhere to play though :)

This is my chikfila review haiku style Chicken yummy bits, Awesome tasty waffle fries, Damn kids ruin lunch. I love the nuggets and sandwiches but the fries wow I dont share those with the special lady friend, They are mine! Get your own! They have coke zero on tap which gets you an automatic extra star. I love the chickfila sauce, and you can ask for the most weird amounts and types of sauces without any hesitation comments or demands of extra money. I will put on my grinch hat for a min. Seriously I could not care less about you winshape camp or your winshape marriage or the history of your company. I also hate the all the kids running around the place, great I am glad you have a family and you have found a place where you can get lil bits of chicken that they will actually eat but control you lil monsters and dont let them run around as mad as chimps at the zoo. I will agree with steve f.‘s review If the head manager guy(not the assistant managers they are good) is taking your order, he will mess it up as he doesnt care. Just go to one of the kids they actually care about getting your order correct.

I moved from Tucson to Las Vegas a few years ago, and one of the things I really miss is Chick-fil-A(we don’t have them in Vegas). For a fast food chain, it’s tough to beat for quality and service. I love the waffle cut fries with Polynesian sauce. And I love the sweet tea. Their basic chicken sandwiches aren’t too shabby either. What makes this Chik-fil-A stand out for me is the super friendly staff. No blank stares, eyerolls or exasperated sighs here, the employees are friendly and helpful, and they seem to actually enjoy their job. Chick-Fil-a, please come to Vegas!!!
