I wanted a pedicure after a long day at work to treat myself. The gals, although friendly, were baffled by the fact that I didn’t bring sandals with me– no, I came from work. They didn’t have any plastic wrap (I get that we are in AZ, but really… no one ever needs this!?), so they put this other $ 3 coat on to make it dry in 5 minutes. I sat mildly uncomfortable on a cushion bench while the gal stopped every 2 – 5 minutes to go answer the phone. The exfoliating was amazing! Once I got home and saw my smudged up toes, I was happy to realize that they didn’t charge me the $ 3. So after $ 30 and one hour, all I really ended up with was a fabulous exfoliation.
Annnnd my quest for a nail place in Tucson continues. I had a routine of getting my nails done about once a month in NYC. I have been relegated to doing my own since moving to Tucson, and after visiting Couture, I am still going to be doing them myself.

Nykol did a superb pedicure with the vegan fast-​dry nail polish. Five weeks later my toes still look good as new. The polish hasn’t chipped and I was able to put my sneakers on immediately after the pedicure. She’s efficient, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had.

Great place! It was modern, clean and beautiful! Customer service great. Parking was easy. You do have to book ahead of time or expect a little waiting. I booked ahead for this appointment. My nail artist was great! Careful, caring and detail oriented. I had the spa pedicure which includes massage and hot towel wraps. I can’t complain! Love it here. Definitely recommend !

After visiting bad nail salon, after bad nail salon, I read the reviews for Couture Nail Boutique and noticed they were all great. I have had such bad experiences in Tucson and all of the girls made me feel so welcomed and my nails came out perfect. They soaked off my horrible acrylics I had put on at another salon and gave me my beautiful nails back. Everything was wonderful and Jessica gave me the best nails I have had in years. I have finally found a salon that I can be happy to visit, spend my money and feel good about it…

These came out perfect! I went in about a week ago and they still look phenomenal. Nykol (spelling?) did mine in about an hour and you could tell she took pride in her work and wanted to make the nails perfect. the only thing about this place is that I’ve tried to walking in here on two other occasions and was turned away so it’s critical that you schedule an appt! I got gel nails with designs on each hand and my total was 36 $ before the tip :) not the best deal in Tucson but I’ve been many other nail places so I can say that you get what you pay for! This place is worth every pennycan’t wait to go back here and take a friend!

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and this is the best and most affordable salon in Tucson. It’s not like Gadabout where you have to pay $ 70 for a full set, or like one of the dime-​a-​dozen salons in every shopping center where you pay $ 25 for a full set and lose half of your nails in the first week. It is, to me, absolutely worth it because the place is very clean, everyone is very nice and professional and they are honest with you about openings and wait times. They use good quality products and you actually see tools going in and out of the autoclave and the foot spas getting thoroughly cleaned! I ask specifically for Nykol, who not only gets my nails to the exact shape and thinness that I prefer, but is gentle on my sensitive cuticles. I have never been absolutely 100% pleased with every teeny tiny detail of a gel manicure or my acrylic nails until I started seeing her and now I will only see her. (I’m a perfectionist, I admit it.) She isn’t the type of nail tech who will use the drill for every tiny thing, which is awesome– she hand files as much as she possibly can. I will be going to Nykol at Couture Nail Boutique for as long as she continues to do nails!

I got acrylic nails at another nail salon and they did a terrible job. Most of the acrylics didnt even cover my nails completely and they weren’t the shape i had wanted. I came to Couture Nail Boutique and they helped me so much! Jessica made my nails look beautiful and i’ll definitely be going back, though they may be a bit pricey it is worth it.

I absolutely love the customer service here. All of the ladies are so lovely and welcoming. I’ve been to many nail salons in town and this one is a keeper.

This place is the BEST nail salon that I have found in Tucson. It’s best to call ahead and make an appointment to ensure that you’ll get a spot, but they are amazing! All of the nail artists are so sweet and they’re constantly asking if you’re comfortable and what you would like for your nails. They really take their time with you and make sure you’re satisfied. I drive 35 minutes from home just to come to this nail salon. Amazing service!

Make an appointment… long waits even during middle of day. Not huge selection of colors either. Kind of pricey as well. Luckily the staff is very friendly to make up for the negatives. The lady who did my gel nails did a fantastic job and was very personable.

Nice change for a local nail spa. No wait time (on a Monday), very nice and professional. She really took her time and did a great gel mani. They have a lot of color choices as well. A little pricier than some, but none of the «wait 20 minutes» for it really to be 40, and she didn’t answer the phone 6 times during my service. I would have liked a bit of a hand massage to go with the manicure, but all in all, I’d highly recommend it… a place you can take your mom to!

I can’t say enough great things of this salon. I recently moved to Tucson from Phoenix, where beautiful nail salons are in abundance, but this one beats then all. Why? First of all, when I go to get my nails done, I am looking for a retreat from my busy schedule and the last thing I need is a loud, hectic nail salon. This salon is the perfect mix of cozy and stylish. The owner mostly goes by appointments and never overbooks, so they really take their time to make sure your happy and relaxed. The salon is remarkably clean, first salon I’ve seen that truly takes the time to do a full sanitation wash on the tubs between clients. They use top of the line products and have a good variety of colors to choose from. And even still, the prices are great! Hey mani pedi combo is a great deal and 3 dollars for a gel upgrade is unheard of. And no «5 dollars more» here… everything is included! ! If your looking for a nice, cozy, stylish and fun salon to get away from the stress and walk out with beautiful nails each time, this is your place.

My friend and I had a girl date here today and got fabulous treatment! My French tips gel manicure looks flawless, and her neon tribal toes and mint mani are just too cute. The ladies who worked on us were super fun and friendly. We will definitely have our next mani/​pedi expedition here!

My new go-​to nail salon in Tucson! There was nothing I didn’t love about it. The ambiance, the atmosphere, and the people… All fabulous!
I have tried many nail places in this area of Tucson, usually recommendations of my friends, and have always had «all-​right» experiences. Nothing ever seemed extraordinary or above the bar. I have never had any place I was particularly partial to… Until now!
Yes, they are a tad bit pricier than other salons, but I’d say its definitely worth it! From the moment I walked it, they were kind, attentive, and informative. They had actual knowledge about the products they are using. My nail tech was Julianna (sp?) and she did a fabulous job on my French Gel Mani. I’ve had many french manicures before they were mediocre at best, but she did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Couture Nail Boutique.

I had a mostly good experience here, though I don’t think I would ever return.
Pros:
–Atmosphere is very nice and very relaxing
–Shop appears clean
–Nice selection of colors
–I really like the bench seat
–The girl who worked on me was very friendly
Cons:
–There were two girls that worked on my friend and I. Once mostly knew what she was doing (sort of). The other one definitely didn’t. It was a mediocre pedicure at best.
–They knew the services we wanted at 4:30 (3 pedicures and 2 basic manicures). If they knew they could not accommodate these services by closing time they should have said something. We got our pedicures done but finished after they closed. No time was left for a manicure for my upcoming wedding. I left sad and polishless.
–The prices did not match the skill level and quality of the pedicure. At all.
–Said pedicure had chipped by the time I woke up. It lasted just long enough to get me through the wedding.
Overall I think it is worth checking out for yourself to see if it meets your needs. There have been very good reviews here along with some negative and I think it comes down to luck of the draw with the technician.
