I have done business with the Polder Group twice before. First time was good. The second time was just Ok. This time they have breached my trust. They gave my prequalification information to a realtor with out my permission. Prior to this happening I tried to reach out to Daniel Ford, which was supposed to be my contact, on a few occasion. He never returned my call. I reached out to Derrick Polder after the incident happened and he has yet to return my call. Please be careful if you decide to use this group.
I have to recant my earlier rating. After a conversation with Derrick, I realize that the Polder Group was not at fault by any means. Actually Derrick renewed my faith in his company. I will be completing the loan process with the Polder Group.
