Finish Line

I bought a friend some sneakers at this store. I bought them a half-​size too small. We went back to exchange them and they didn’t have the size, but offered to order them. It would take 7 – 10 days.
We waited. The shoes never came. She called and they sent her a GIFT CARD for the amount of the purchase.
Who does this?

Horrible customer service when I needed to return a pair of overpriced shoes.
Spoke with the manager named Andreas and he was extremely unprofessional.

I remember this store being better a few years ago. They still have a great selection of sneakers, if that’s your thing. But their clothing selection is definitely more meager than it once was, and it’s all basically collegiate clothing. I just want some normal sporting good type of clothing that’s only labelled with brands. They also used to have more of their own branded, plain (but colored), t-​shirts, which my husband liked to mess around the house in. But they have almost none of those now besides white shirts. Boo.
The staff was minimal, and no one asked if we needed help even though we were clearly looking around for those shirts. The store was clean and everything was folded nicely, though.
In summary: It’s still a great store for sneakers.
