Horrible customer service. This business tries to scam you into fixing items that are not broken. The first time I went in for an alignment they told me they couldn’t do it unless they fixed my outer tie rods for $ 800. They told me my inner tie rods were good and my tires were good. I had them replaced by a friend and then I went back for an alignment and they told me they couldn’t do it unless I bought 4 new tires and I needed new inner tie rods $ 1052 quote. They try to rip off women by upselling items.

Made an appointment with them days in advance for a oil change and check the alignment. I have done business with them before due to my wife liking them me not so thrilled about the place so gave them another shot. We showed up a half hour early and dropped off our truck. We live out in the boonies so we did some shopping and stuff to kill time and run some errands. We got done with our running around and had not received a call from them and since it was about closing time we stopped by. The truck had not moved from the spot I parked it, I was furious. Told my wife to go inside to see what’s up. She came out and said they were really busy but going to get to it. I was having none of that walked into the crowded lobby walked to the front of the line and demanded my keys, the guy asked why I said because we made an appointment to get this done and they had not even looked at the truck just give me the keys. I made a scene let everyone in the lobby know how horrible the service was. What is the point of making an appointment and arriving early if the work is not going to get done? Horrible service. I also emailed the website to let them know and what I needed to do about the tires we bought from them in case I needed the warranty service we get with them from another shop. Doubt we will hear from them. And we have spent thousands in that place even after I told my wife I did not think they were on the up and up. Live and learn. My bad I guess for trusting them. Never again and I will let everyone I know about this.

Took my car to Fletcher’s on Silverbell for an oil change & tire rotation this past weekend. The guy at the counter, Mark, told me it’d be about 2 hours — one hour of cars ahead of me, and one hour for the job. It was a weekend, & I understood they were busy. I came back after 1 hour 45 minutes and my car had not moved from where I had left it. I went to the counter, and Mark eventually appeared. He said they hadn’t gotten to it but it was the next one to go in, and that once it was in they could get it done in 15 minutes.
I was thinking about this — how come he said it would take an hour before, but it was only going to be 15 minutes now? Were they actually going to do the job, or just tell me they did it? Should I trust that it would actually be done in 15 minutes, or would it be more like an hour and 15 minutes? Mark interrupted my thoughts with «Lady, I’m busy.» I then asked him if the 15 minutes would include the tire rotation, and he said no without more explanation. I asked for my keys back & left.
So since Saturday, I’ve been wondering about all of this — all the questions that were running through my mind that I already mentioned, and then also were they going to let me assume that the tires had been rotated or would they actually have told me that they didn’t get to it?
I got a bad sense of everything from them — running a business (like estimating worktimes), doing the work they are hired to do, and providing decent customer service, … Not going back.

Went here a few weeks back due to a special on oil changes. I don’t live extremely close so i planned on waiting there. I got there about 45 minutes before closing and walked in asking for an oil change. The gentleman at the front counter told me that he couldn’t do it today. If you’re going to turn business away while you’re still open, then you may want to reconsider your hours. Maybe post that you stop accepting work after a certain time. What a waste of time. Went to brake masters and they knocked it out in about 30 minutes not to mention they honored the coupon for the special.

Great experience with the new management team they didnt try to sell me anything that i didnt need and showed me what was wrong with my suspension. While i there everyone was nice and courteous and the shop was so clean. I can truely see the difference between how the old employees and this new team you must check them out

With the Silverbell Fletcher’s location closing down, this is now the closest location to me. We bought a lifetime oil change deal for a truck, which is a good deal — I think you pay up front for it, then each oil change is around $ 5, at least on our vehicle. Not sure if this is offered anymore or exactly how it works.
When the Silverbell location was still open, it was very convenient to bring the truck in for an oil change since it was close, but now it’s quite a drive for me to bring it all the way up to Cortaro.
The deal still makes it worth it, but the wait times have generally been pretty long, even when I would take it to the Silverbell location. Having to drive to Cortaro, my options are either 1) wait for it, or 2) have someone drive all the way up there and take me home while it’s being worked on, then bring me back later.
One of the employees at the Cortaro location told me one time that since the Silverbell location shut down, they got most of that store’s customers, making the wait times even longer.
We’ve also had a couple bad experiences here with service-​related issues, which doesn’t inspire confidence in their work. That has been balanced out more recently with no problems, so my feelings are mixed in that regard.
