Long line and a long wait. Each of the customers before me had problems with their orders. My medication was somewhere in their pharmacy, but had not been filled, close to 48 hours after sending in the prescription. When I informed the clerk that my wife needed that medication, there was no offer to go the extra mile. I spoke to the front end manager(young girl) and she apologized and blamed a «floater» pharmacist. Staff was pleasant but no offer to help or resolve the issue. Example of sub par customer service.
