Solely based on their customer service, I have had more than a few snappy cranky women ring up my purchase. When I need to go in the future I am going to go to the Tucson mall where they are always super friendly. Clothes shopping can be stressful enough, I don’t need a cranky person making me feel worse.

had a super important interview to prepare for and wanted to dress to impress. i love shopping, i just hate shopping when there’s something in particular i’m looking for and can’t find it.
glad i stopped in at lane bryant. tammy, one of the associates who was there that day helped me select a dress suit to look my very best.
she walked the store with me and asked me what i liked and didn’t like. she also gave me an honest opinion when i stepped out of the dressing room. (very helpful when shopping alone!!!).
i left very satisfied and confident that i’d look great for the interview.

I have to shop here, being a plus sized woman this store rocks with the underwear department, however their styles for the daily life of a modern woman of plus size can leave one wanting. Sadly they follow trends like all the modern places but what really is frustrating is that you have to use their special size guide which kinda is confusing on a lot of levels.
