We have been cleaning and restoring the floors of homes and businesses in Tucson and the surrounding areas since 1994. We provide our customers with high quality, exceptional service and results.

Scott & Michelle have been doing business in the city of Tucson and the surrounding areas for the last 17 years. In 1994 Scott and Michelle started Lindsey’s Building Maintenance, Inc., a highly detailed office cleaning and floor refinishing company. Lindsey’s Carpet & Tile Care, a division of Lindsey’s Building Maintenance, Inc., also began at this time as a result of their customers needing services like stripping & refinishing of VCT and vinyl flooring, carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning (man-​made and natural stone), stone refinishing & polishing, and so on. Lindsey’s Carpet & Tile Care is committed to their customers and the services that they provide. With continuing education, IICRC certifications, and a committment to excellence and craftsmanship, Lindsey’s Carpet & Tile Care is able to provide high quality results and service that is unmatched.
