I go to this club because it’s close to my home and the facilities are pretty nice. Unfortunately, the maintenance is HORRIBLE. The pool temperature is very erratic, the locker rooms are often dirty, and everything that needs to be corrected takes FOREVER. For example, for the last two weeks they have been unable to stock soap in the showers because THEY DON’T HAVE ANY. It took five days or so to get a battery replaced so a wall clock worked again. It’s really pathetic, and the employees just shake their heads because management hasn’t bought the batteries or the soap or whatever.
