The Candle Factory

These candles smell nice. They aren’t as nice as ones I get in phoenix though. They are not clean burning so you can actually see trails of soot burning off the candles. This happens even if the wick is kept cut clean.
Also, most importantly, I bought two wall sconces while I was shopping. The price listed for each sconce was $ 88.00. So in total I spent $ 176.00 on the two wall sconces before tax. I thought this price was steep. However, I usually don’t mind spending more to support local businesses. But when I drove home to phoenix I discovered the exact same sconces for sale at Kirkland Home for 49.99 for two (2). As a matter of fact, as of today the set of two (2) are on sale for 39.99. I understand that a larger supplier such as Kirkland has more buying power and therefore can price products lower, but each sconce was three times more expensive at The Candle Factory. That is ridiculous. I would have returned them if I lived in Tucson.
The staff was friendly. The candles smell nice. But I would not advise purchasing accessories or sconces from this shop.

They smelled good but the soot it let off was bad. My fire alarm went off and now I have. Haze in my house. My husband had to clean all counters and walls. I’m in the dog house.

Bought my candles last week and have loved them! I actually wish I was home more so that I could burn them more often than I do! I will be buying candles for Christmas gifts for people in my office and family members as well AND I really want to make candles with the candle making parties they offer.
Will be back for sure and will recommend to anyone and everyone.

I got a Living Social deal for my sister and I to do as a fun thing together. It said candle making party for two but we weren’t sure on the details and didn’t know what to expect. We got there and immediately were blown away. It a pretty good sized store you can smell the amazing scents wafting out as you walk up to it. It’s dimly lit as most candle shops lol, but contrary to other candle shops I’ve been in there was some pretty funky music going on and the owner was dancing along and doing her candle thing as she greeted us and pointed us to the fragrance bar. She gave us our space but gave input on some of the scents we were considering. She then called us over and explained what we were going to do and let us do our thing. She talked a lot while we worked but it was not invasive or intrusive. She talked a lot about what she does there and her shop and you cannot help but feel the love she has for it. She has an incredible strong upbeat personality that some may find odd for what is a usually more subdued business but I was so happy to see someone so in love with what they do. As for the store — we did not get to look much as our party was scheduled close to closing but the selection looks amazing and we will be back! P. S. my sister just picked up our candles and said they turned out incredible — I am dying for her to drop mine off!

My husband and I made candles here this morning and we had a awesome time with Christina. Even though we live in Las Vegas this is the only shop we will ever purchase candles from again! Love this place!!!

Don’t waste your money on any other candle. These candles are the best and last forever. They specialize in creating your own candles to match your décor or just because you like the different scents and colors.

Just received my custom made Christmas candles from The Candle Factory! These candles are the BEST candles made! The burn quality is something you can’t find in any other candles and the scent (Cinnamon) is soooo organic and not synthetic smelling like so many store bought candles. I am in love with these candles! Wish I could post a picture of them so you could see how beautiful they are!

My girlfriend and I had gone to lunch and decided to walk around for a minute. We walked in and had the most amazing greeting ever! We shopped and talked to the owners a little bit. We made our purchase and thanked them for the experience. Normally that would be the end of things but we spent the next 30 minutes talking about how amazing it is to find people that truly love what they are doing. We were both so impressed by the owners the candles and the passion they both showed!!! Not only will we be back we will also tell everyone we know to stop in!

What a nice surprise! I stopped in here at random today while doing errands in the plaza it’s part of, and I’m glad I did.
The owner (?) was very friendly from the time I stepped through the door, and he walked through their offerings for me, me being a first-​time customer and a bit lost. He also took my indecisiveness graciously, and after far too much time I walked out happy with my choices.
The products themselves seem high quality and smell great. Prices are pretty good, too (they have a buy-​four-​get-​one thing going on right now, by the way).
I will be back!

I love this place! The owners are so welcoming and nice! It is a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and they make amazing candles!!! There is a ton of home décor «eye candy» in this place!!! I will defiantly be going back to try their wine/​candle party! Great products and great service! Wish I could have gave them more than 5 stars! Tucson is lucky to have this business!!!

I had to write an update on The Candle Factory due to the new lil gem I have recently discovered here :) First off, I’m still buying candles here and LOVING them of course but recently I brought home what I like to call happiness in a bottle !! I used to be an avid Scentsy user but no longer!!! What if you could go straight to the source and buy the actual sent that they put in the Scentsy wax, triple your smelling pleasure and all for a fraction of the price? … YOU CAN!!! :) I purchased «lemon» and after using just a couple drops, my whole house smelled like the yummy yellow fruit of the gods ! I will never utter the S word again nor will I waste my money on something that delivers only a percentage of what this product from The Candle Factory brings to the table … or should I say the nostrils ;)
As if I needed another reason to adore this place! Well done Candle Factory, well done!!!

I finally stopped in this business and I was so glad I did. It is so unique. I was so tired of going into other small business’s and not being helped. The owners here were so friendly and accommodating! I love the fact they talk to you to see what you like and who you are. They have got my business! Such a unique store. Not just another generic candle store.

This place is fantastic! It was my first time in the store and the minute you walk in it smells amazing. It’s a husband and wife that own it and the husband was so helpful and walked me through all the scents. I was looking for candles that are actually fragrant when you burn them. These smell fantastic! They also allow you to bring in different objects to fill with wax and make your own candles. I will be back for many more candles!

Amazing candle selection. My husband and I were out to dinner and happen to smell the candles from down the way. We went in and the atmosphere was amazing. Bought 2 small candles around early december and just now had to replace them with a new bigger one. The candles are also very nice, they burn evenly and the scent is just enough to make the house smell nice.

This place is super cool. Very aromatic and relaxing when you enter.
The owners are super nice and really helpful.
You can bring your ow empty candle containers and fill them up!

Love this place! Beautiful store with a great atmosphere. Scents were warm and inviting and not overpowering like most candle stores. Felt like I was walkng a friend’s living room on Christmas Eve. Great products. Loved the variety of scents. I bought many candles for myself and was just as pleased when I brought them home and burned them. Owner was super friendly. I will definetly be buying these for gifts this season.

I recently purchased a few candles and brought them home and they are amazing. Even when they are not burning you can smell them. Beautiful store. I will definitely doing some Christmas shopping here.

There are few places that I have ever been to that can send me back to my childhood and bring up amazing memories. But somehow The Candle Factory has done this. The first time I walked by I was captivated by the smells coming from inside. When I walked in I was greeted by the owners who were amazing and friendly. But what really got me was the ambiance that was set. I heard the soothing sounds of Maxwell and having multiple candles burning, the lighting was perfect. It truly is a joy to walk in there every time. I am in love with the grandma’s kitchen candle! A highly suggested place to visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Oh my gosh the candles smell so good! And I got oils for my oil burners to match the candle scent. Perfect to spread the sweet smells around the house. This is a perfect place to buy wonderfully scented gifts!
