The food here is ok, however the greetings from the counter people could be better. Unless you are Hispanic you don’t get a hello or anything just a blank stare. I order, no greeting. Next came in a young Hispanic guy girl behind counter was all HELLOOOO!, smiles throughout transaction really. Customer service is a 3 out of 10

24 hours? Yeah, that’s awesome. I remember going here plenty of times for study breaks or after a night of partying(ok not really partying, just playing FIFA all night with friends). The salsa selection doesn’t get crazy like other places, but its just perfect for their burritos. Green and red salsa. Simple, but delicious. I really can’t eat anything besides their burritos, the carne asada burritos to be specific. Tacos are too oily and gross, and the other stuff is just sub-par. Salsa bar isn’t maintained very well, this place could easily get 4 stars if the salsa bar was a bit more tidy. Also, I think the rest of the menu would need a bit of work done. Hungry after 9 pm? DONOT go to los betos. this is the best place if you’re near UA area for mexican food, but its by far the best in Tucson.

Its okay. Nothing special, but hey. considering EVERYTHING else* closes at 9pm in Tucson, this 24 hour taco place is decent enough. *Except, Subway on Speedway

Employees always friendly, helpful. Food seems fresher than the other 24 hour options in town. Menu has one serious drawback– the lack of chile rellenos. It seems that over the past few years the salsa has become thinner, the burritos have become smaller, and the prices have raised a notch. Best fish of the 24 hour shops. Request cabbage or you may get lettuce. Best all round late night option in town.

not bad for the price and the fact that it’s 24 hours. the rice is awesome, and the carrots in the salsa bar are pretty cool.

Taco Shop has 2 versions… 1. Drunk 2. Sober Let me start with #1. This place is AWESOME, never in my life have I had such an outstanding Chimichanga and it’s open 24 hours! Serve me up another! And now #2. What the HELL was I thinking? The Taco’s here are fatty and rubbery, the salsa bar gross from all the grubby hands using it and the guac, well… let’s hope it looks better on the other end. When considering this place, please revert to review number one and you won’t be disappointed.

You may not be impressed when you enter this downtown hole in the wall. As far as ambiance goes, well. there is none. The floors are warn, the tables are old, but newly topped and there’s a huge piece of plaster missing on one wall that the management has tried to cover up with a far too small sign. The employees are fast, but not particularly friendly. However, none of this matters once you get your food. The rice and beans are spectacular. I’ve only had tacos there(hey, it’s in the name) and enjoyed every bite. The clientle is a complete cross section of downtown. Great lunch place.
