Specialties
We specialize in adapting the practices of Hatha Yoga to a more common western lifestyle. We are very passionate about preserving the integrity of the ancient system of yoga, while guiding students in a way that allows the system to be applied to life in a more practical and familiar way. We offer a wide variety of classes that provide the physical practice of postures, sometimes as a flow of postures, some that integrate the practice of seated meditation, and others that target a specific need or group, such as ‘Yoga for a Healthy Back’ ‘Prenatal Yoga’ or ‘Family Yoga’. We also offer other restorative techniques such as Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), where you lay down in a very comfortable and supportive position on your back as the teacher guides your brain into the alpha state where you will experience a deep restoration in the body and mind. Many of our classes are suitable for those just starting out with yoga. We’re confident that you’ll be feeling better after a class with us.

Leah Ann L.
Business Owner
Leigh Ann is a registered Yoga teacher (E-RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, having completed her 250-hour training with the Providence Institute in 2006, with a specialized certification in Prenatal Yoga. She is a highly decorated athlete from a 19-year softball career that began in her hometown of Tucson. While playing at Flowing Wells High School, she was twice named Player of the Year in Southern Arizona and broke the all-time state strikeout record as a pitcher. She continued her career at the University of Nebraska with a full-athletic scholarship from 1999 – 2002 and was named an NCAA All-American Pitcher. Softball had been her preparation for a life-path of Yoga. Her yogic journey truly began in the middle of her college career when she began to form a relationship with her breath… she had a spiritual awakening through the meditative routine that was her pitching; and realized that she had been practicing Yoga for many years without being aware of it as the system of «Yoga».
