We also offer appraisal services and have a large selection of engagement, estate, custom and designer jewelry. Our fine art gallery features a beautiful collection of fine art, sculpture, Judaica, glass, wood, and unique gifts for the holidays, weddings, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

Business Owner

Jeff has owned and operated a full-​service fine jewelry store on Campbell Avenue for more than 35 years. Jeff is a fourth generation Tucsonan and University of Arizona graduate. He pursued this as a career because of his passion for colored gemstones and diamonds as well as gold and platinum. He is GIA certified (Gemological Institute of America). Like his father, who was also a Tucson business owner, Jeff is committed to taking care of his clients as he would want others to take care of his family and friends. The business is founded on the principles of honesty, quality, excellent customer service, and fair pricing. No job is too big or too small. He and his wife Brenda have recently expanded their business to include a fine art gallery as well and look forward to featuring emerging artists in exhibits throughout the year.

I love Viir! I stopped by the store over the holidays and was so impressed with their selection. They have such beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry, you can’t find this stuff anywhere else. Got a gorgeous pair of earrings and a ring as gifts, and the recipients LOVED them. And the art! Oh my goodness, I fell in love with the paintings and the sculptures. I bought this awesome collage/​photo piece that I kept for myself :) Really cool place. And the staff was very kind and helpful! Definitely check them out.

My husband and I used Viir for the first time for our wedding bands. We are happy with the quality of our rings, and found the prices to be reasonable. The shop holds good hours and it is very convenient that they are open on weekends. They also have some very beautiful jewelry and art on display which I always enjoyed looking at when we’d stop by. We were not impressed with the customer service, however. We ended up having to pay for issues with both of our bands that were out of our control, and on multiple occasions never got any notice when we could pick up our rings. Additionally, I had my engagement ring cleaned and it came back with more residue and build-​up under my stone than before. We were really excited and impressed with this jeweler after our first visit, but do not think we’ll be using them again. Would recommend Viir if you have some knowledge of the industry, but for someone who is unfamiliar with fine jewelry, we found the customer service to be less responsive and transparent than we would have hoped.

Where do I start? The actual store is amazing. The way they have it designed as an art gallery and a jewelry store is awesome! It is worth the time to go in just to look around. Their Customer service also can’t be beat. I lost my wedding ring and I expected to have to shop around but when I got to Viir, Jeff and his staff took such good care of me that I walked back out of the store with the ring I wanted. I couldn’t be happier.

This is a great store with lots of cool stuff and great customer service. I take all my watches there for batteries, cleaning and repair and would never go anywhere else. Found some jewelry my wife loves so I pretty much just go to Viir anytime I need a gift for her. When I needed an engagement ring I went there and they actually helped me design a ring according to the specifications my wife had hinted at and it ended up being an amazing ring and was a great success. They did an appraisal for us to get it insured and she takes it there to get cleaned and have prongs checked and they remember her and are always friendly. They just remodeled and the inside feels very classy and is rather elegant for Tucson. The prices are all very reasonable and they seem to always have new merchandise every time I’ve gone in. Overall I really like this store and would definitely recommend it. It’s nice to find local businesses that still value customer service. 5 stars!

I was very pleased with my experience with Viir. I brought in an old engagement ring to see what could be done about getting it re-​set or turned into something I’d actually wear. Jessica was very clear about explaining my options and showing me sample pieces. I actually learned something about the stones, settings, and why my diamonds would work better in some designs than in others. After I made a decision and placed my order, the work was done on time and came in under the price they originally quoted me. My new earrings look great and I wear them all the time. They were even able to save some of the smaller stones from the original ring, so I have something to bring back for a future project. I appreciated the care and quality of service.

I’ve had several things done here and have been really pleased each time.
First my fiancé bought my engagement ring here, it’s from the 20s and exactly what I was hoping for in a ring. He knew the type of ring I’d like and they definitely guided him to something perfect.
We also bought our wedding bands here. They are exactly what we were looking for, simple, attractive and nice. I’m really excited to wear mine.
I had them fix the clasp on my Grandma’s necklace and resize an old ring from her (the woman has such small fingers!) that I’m going to wear at the wedding. Both came out perfect. There is no indication on the ring that it was resized, but it now actually slides onto something other than my pinkie!
Once I get married I’ll have to come up with a new reason to buy jewelry!

Wow, I’ve brought in two watches for repairs and both left worse than when they came in.
1. Watch #1, digital, needed a battery, got it back and now part of the face is illuminated that wasn’t illuminated before. I suspect he probably poked the face trying to get the battery out because the sales person said he had a hard time getting the battery out.
Anyways, I cant prove it, watch still works, granted the display has meaningless pixels displayed but fine, assume the best and maybe the face will fix itself next time I replace the battery. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
2. Watch #2, Tag with broken pin, they replaced the pin but now the clasp is loose, was never loose before, now told it would take 2 days to «tighten up». Felt something wasn’t right so I took it to another shop who was honest basically showed me the pin was cut too long which is why the clasp was loose. Recommended I take my watch to an authorized Tag dealer. I paid $ 10 for a 30 cent pin and now have two problems to
Fix, still need a new pin and hopefully the replacement pin they put in my watch hasn’t ruined my clasp.
Will never do any business with them again. I’m all for supporting local business but their work is shoddy, over priced, and dishonest. You can have it.
