Good service at good prices. Got my furnace cleaned they did a good professional job. I recommend them. I’m definitely call them in the future.

Garret and his assistant cleaned the air ducts of my house last week. They are very professional and most important very honest in regards of price and job needed to be done.

Garrett and Jeremiah did such a great job cleaning my vents. Very professional and informative. These two have great personalities, easy to talk to, very friendly, even my dogs loved them (which is a plus!), definitely will be calling them out if I need anything else from them.

For us, it was the dryer vent ducting. I am WELL into my 60s and somehow never realized that you have to clean these things out every few years… so in a 45 year old house for the last 15 years, it was to the point where it took 2 loads to dry anything… Read up on google and discovered the likely problem. Precision was there in 2 days, and after 30 minutes came out with «a Queen sized pillow’s worth» of lint. I think it even impressed them. The dryer and our lives are back to normal and thankfully no fires ensured while we were finding our brains. Thanks, Precision!

Garrett is the man. They drove out to our home in Palmdale last weekend and did a killer job cleaning our furnace. We could immediately tell a difference in the air quality inside the house after the cleaning. Literally a night and day difference. I mean, look at our before/​after photo. disgusting! These guys really know the business, and take the time to do a thorough job — not a «quick clean to make a buck» mentality, like some other duct cleaners out there. I highly recommend them.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Garrett & JC more than exceeded my expectations. Air duct cleaning, AC unit maintenance, dryer duct cleaning and more for a great price! Most important when I first called, Garrett was patient with me over the phone; did not speak fast or rush me off. These guys are awesome. I’ve used other companies in the past to do work around the house but these guys are by far the best guys I’ve hired. These guys were on time, clean and professional. They covered the areas they were working in and did a really good job cleaning up after they were done. I think they left my house cleaner than it was when they showed up.
Garrett (the owner) is a honest guy that I can trust. He showed me before and after pictures of my ducts. He even took pictures of issues I had on the roof that needed my attention. When I need my ducts cleaned again. I know who I’m calling.

I have a 1600 hundred square foot town-​home. I had it rented for several years and my tenant left the unit in horrible condition. Black stringy debris was spewing from every vent onto the surrounding walls. I have no idea what my tenant was doing to cause this. Garett said he had not seen this before either.
Precision Air Duct Cleaning went straight to work cleaning the vents, and the ducts… as well as sanitizing the duct work. It sounded like he was vacuuming a sandbox of debris out of the duct work at several. times. This cleaning had clearly not been done since the town-​homes construction in the 70’s.
It took 5 hours, but I could not be happier with the result.
As you can see, I do not give good Unilocal reviews easily, but when it is earned it is proper.

Garrett was great. Called him to clean my dryer vent.
At first he was concerned maybe my dryer was bad as he demo’d it was not getting warm. But he went at the vent and did a great job cleaning. In the end, the dryer started getting warm real fast.
Garret and assistant moved both my washer and dryer to get behind them to clean the extension and vent from both sides. While back there, he vacuumed and cleaned my floor; you know how goo accumulates from detergent and other crud that falls back there. Very nice of them. Truly precision work.

In short — Garrett and JC were awesome and you should have no reservations hiring them. They were on-​time, polite and courteous and very conscientious and cleaned our duct well.

A fellow tenant in the condo building we own a property in hired Precision Air Duct Cleaning to clean his dryer ducts and told us that if we had the service done at the same time, there would be a group discount. We decided to go for it.
They cleaned our neighbor’s duct out first and blew out a garbage bag full of lint. They showed me pictures and it was shocking. Knowing that it can be a fire hazard, I was glad we chose to have it done.
First off, you have to know that to get to the vent, you have to move my stacked washer/​dryer, which is in a tiny alcove in a hallway. Getting it in and out is not easy, plus there are nice hardwood floors to protect. Garrett and JC moved it out without damaging anything, even the paint on the walls. It is hard work to move that thing, I know from experience.
So, Garrett put his brush up into the vent and well, it got stuck. He explained this had never happened to him before so he called a contractor friend of his to come extract the brush. While the contractor was en route, JC managed to dislodge the brush, but it uncovered a much bigger and more dangerous problem — the brush had actually broken out of the pipe and gone into the ceiling itself. There was a major issue going on.
Now most tradesmen would look at me and say, «Well, this is not my problem or fault, please pay up and I’ll be on my way.» But Garrett called his contractor and explained the situation. The contractor arrived shortly and even though Garrett had another appointment, he pushed it back and helped the contractor as he opened up the wall and fixed the problem (the original installation was a Mickey-​Mouse hack job). As soon as it was fixed, Garrett and JC followed through and cleaned out the duct as promised and made sure everything was working right. They were there a few hours longer than they bargained for but they didn’t ask for anything extra. Sure, I had to pay the contractor to fix what the original builder had botched so badly, but it was a reasonable price especially with zero notice and it was expertly done!
I am truly grateful for Garrett and JC’s professionalism and especially for their leadership during this mini-​crisis. If not for their help and perseverance, I would probably be meeting with a contractor sometime this week to get this sorted out and my ducts would still not be cleaned. They were truly exceptional and I will not hesitate using them again, and neither should you.
And by the way — if you have dryer ducts that you cannot clean yourself, you absolutely should get them cleaned. You will be amazed how much lint builds up over time, even if you have a great lint trap.
