Alta Pest Control

We have used Alta since moving into our home over a year ago and they are top notch! I would highly recommend their service!

I contacted Alta because of their high Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed. We have a three story home plus 2 car garage which backs up to a green belt so spiders are an issue this time of year. We were worried about using chemicals due to our two small Italian Greyhounds and 2 week old grandson visiting for a couple months with his Mom.
Alta was great from the initial contact which I did via their website. I received a personalized email back stating someone would call me Monday (I made my inquiry over the weekend) and I did receive a call Monday morning. Alta was willing to work with me to complete the treatment in 2 steps working outside and in the garage first and following up the next day with a secondary visit to complete the inside. This allowed us to put the dogs in the garage and remove our family from the home during the interior treatment. Alta didn’t even charge me a secondary service call.
The guys that came out to the house were very polite and efficient with their work. They didn’t just spray but knocked down all of the webs outside our home which was an added bonus.
We signed up for the quarterly service with bi-​monthly during «the season» which I feel is very reasonably priced.
I’ve worked with other companies in the past and would highly recommend Alta. Stop wasting time and give them a call!

Just discovered a carpenter ant infestation off our deck. I called Alta and they were out within two hours to take care of the buggers. I’ve always been happy with their work but this was above and beyond.

Quality. Integrity. Efficient. These are the words that come to mind when Alta finished the initial treatment of my home. They were extremely responsive when I found several Wasp nests all around my exterior. Thank you so much for the great work. If you read my other Unilocal reviews, I am extremely critical when it comes to consumer quality and you guys have won me over.

This review is only based on customer service thus far… BUT with pest control, customer service is paramount. I must say that Alta was my 4^th or 5^th call because the lack of reviews. I am, however, blown away by the friendliness that I encountered when I called. Additionally, they warranty their service for each spray for 90 days… meaning they retreat for FREE if you are still having a problem. I have no doubt that I will continue to be pleased with Alta but I will be sure to update of something changes!

Jon was great! Very professional and personable. Answered my questions and was very efficient in his job.

First I want to say that because this is a newer business with newer customers leaving reviews, you need to click on the «view not recommended reviews» underneath the reviews that come up. Recommended reviews come from Unilocalers who have left several reviews before, if you are a new Unilocaler your reviews don’t automatically pop up. You will see that 17 other people have rated this company 5 stars & for good reason!
The owners Michael & Chris are incredibly polite, down to earth & family oriented. You can tell that they not only care for their business but they also truly care about their customers and employees. The professional work that Alta provides is beyond what you would except from any business.
Before you call some large corporation business for you pest control needs please call Alta first, ask for Jon as your technician and you will NOT be disappointed.

Alta is amazing!!! We bought a new house and it has a way bigger yard with way more plants than we ever had before and we loved it, until we moved in and there were a ton of spiders and bees! About a week after moving in, we had a knock on our door from a very nice young man from Alta. He answered all our questions, had a great introductory price, so we decided to give them a try. We have called a few additional times for mice, and an additional bee hive and they are always here on time, they are SO nice, and yesterday Jon came to help me with the mice issue. He was very nice, quick, and explained what he was doing and what to expect. I would highly recommend Alta to anyone and everyone! You will be very happy, and its a great perk they use effective, yet safe products for our children and pets.
