Super expensive. These guys want almost $ 150 to just look at a non functioning heated seat.

I brought here my 2-​year old Volkswagen CC 2013 to get rid of road noise. They used ballistic material and basically installed it everywhere (doors, trunk, etc). In two days after the work was done I found that the interior door handle on the front passenger’s side is not working. I called them, they asked me get back to their facility. This minor stuff was fixed quickly (10 minutes). But I think anyone would expect to take the vehicle back in a fully working state. Speaking about sound deadening that I’ve done here… Honestly — nothing changed. I realize that VW is not a luxury brand and nobody can’t make it as quiet as Audi. Per my personal feeling, the road noise remained as it was. I checked the noise level with Decibel Meter (
). The improvement is about 3.5 — 5.5 Db versus as it was before.

I have purchased a vehicle from dealerships in the past. I have had accessories added to the car through those dealerships. Renton Toyota used auto trim to add leather interior to my vehicle. however, they forgot the passenger side panel. So now it’s a different fabric not leather. might I add embarrassing. Toyota told me to call auto trim. auto trim said to call Toyota. I wish they would’ve just gone the extra step & finished the panel. I expect this from a dealership but not auto trim.

This leather is nice and soft, but isn’t a tight fit on the seats. In places it has a wrinkly wavy appearance with little folds, and I don’t mean the texture. In others it looks and feels like it has a bulging saggy air pocket. Has anyone else experienced this? We have had aftermarket leather on a car before that looked similar to a classic tight factory fit. I can live with the look if it’s normal for this type of leather to avoid stretching it out for some reason, but I don’t care for it. However, upgrading my review a bit due to excellent customer service so far.

I had a back-​up camera installed in my Camry. It was a very good decision. It makes my driving life so much easier. The other good decision I made was taking the car to Auto Trim in Tukwila. Rick was very helpful. The work was done on time and at a price no one else could match. Everything works perfectly. I can recommend them with no reservations.

Please avoid this place if you want to save your life.
Katzkin leather interior was installed to my new vehicle in July by Auto Trim Design. About one week later, I noticed my driver’s seat squeaked a lot when I brake to a stop or when I turn right or left. I had no idea where the noise comes from. I thought something inside my driver’s seat is defective.
I went to a dealership to check this noise issue after one month due to my busy schedule. I thought it is just a minor issue.
The Mazda dealership test drove my car and checked my driver’s seat. It turned out that two front mounting bolts are not tighten up at all. They could turn them by finger.
Auto Trim Design endangered my life for one month. They also endangered my family’s lives. I could have been killed if I had a car accident because the driver’s seat could have detached from my vehicle.

Bill Pierre Chevy had auto-​trim do a 3M clear bra per my request when I bought a lightly used pre-​owned Volvo XC90 from them.
The guys there did an excellent job. I had a lot of custom requests (as I wanted coverage along creases in the hood, leading edge of the roof etc) and they took care of it all at a great price and quickly as well. Infact, I’ve had 2 – 3 people (including a detailer) ask me where I got the clear-​bra done as it looks invisible. Def recommend!!!

Didn’t get the work done on my car because of time constraints, but Carlos was able to get my sunroof closed. The best part: they didn’t charge me for getting the sunroof closed! I’d go back if I were going to be in town longer.

I wanted to upgrade my Honda civic with fog lights and rear spoiler. After calling the front desk to ask them some information they were able to do both for a very reasonable price! I went to Tukwila WA location and had a great experience, The staff were very nice to answering all my question. They did a great job on installing both the fog light and spoiler. There was a small mark (must had hard time installing it, glad I didn’t try) by fog light switch console which I was not worried about didn’t care, since they did a wonderful job :-) now going to get my car tinted from them as well. Highly recommended business you won’t be disappointed at all!

I had just taken my wife’s ford explorer here through the dealer we just bought it from to get all seats leathered and the front two windows tinted. When we had talked with the sales man we told him what we wanted the leather to look like and the shade of the tint. We got the car back and LOVED how the leather looked. You could tell it was professionally done and I could not believe how amazing it looked. But about the tint. I noticed right off the bat that the passenger winder had a 6 inch scratch in the tint and the drivers side had a couple of small scratches in the tint as well. Not only was that a problem but the shade was NOT what I had asked for. I had my sales man contact them and was told to call them to reschedule a day I could bring it back in to get fixed. I shouldn’t have received the car this way in the first place but if I could get it fixed I would be ok with it. I called them to do so and was shocked by how their vision of «customer service» was. They first of all never said sorry about how my tint looked and said that they tinted it as dark as they could per WA law. I have had 4 other cars tinted darker and do understand that in wa state it is illegal. But why would you even tint my car if you knew that wasn’t what I wanted? I would recommend this place for leather but would never ever recommend them to anyone who was looking to get their windows tinted. I am now trying to get a refund and to get them to take the tint off at their cost so I can take it somewhere that will actually do what I want. This auto trim design does not know customer service.

I had recently picked up a new vehicle that did not come with a sunroof. As part of the deal we made, the dealership would have one put in with Auto Trim. Now, I did not know anything about Auto Trim, but it was the company that the dealership used exclusively. Truth be told, I was a little hesitant being that this was my new baby and I wanted it to be perfect and stay that way. In the end, I cannot say enough about how good of a job this company did. My car was spotless when I got it back, and I was also amazed at how clean the headliner was too. Nicely done Auto Trim.

Just got my seats recovered in my Ford Escape and they are amazing! The staff was wonderful to work with and my car looks incredible. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to class up their vehicle!
