simpleFLOORS exceeded all of our expectations. We recently moved into a 1.5 year old home that was partial hardwood and partial carpet. We wanted to remove the carpet and match our existing hardwood. Charlie and Patrick were very helpful in locating exactly what we had on the floors already and provided a perfect match — without me needing to ever drive to the store — we did it all via internet and phone calls, partial thanks to good record keeping on their part since they originally provided the flooring to the contractor that built our house. They were able to provide competitive pricing, and even though the flooring was special order, installed it within a few weeks. Stephan, the installer is a true craftsmen and hard worker. He came prior to the install to measure and explain exactly what they would do. On the day of the install they arrived promptly and worked diligently all day long. They were neat and considerate of our home. There was very little clean up and there was NO touch up panting needed when they were done — amazing. They put the hardwood on our stairs and it looks wonderful and custom, as well as brought it directly under our baseboards, eliminating the need for quarter round or caulking — evidencing exceptional craftsmanship. They even repaired some squeaky floor boards in our existing flooring without me asking. The finished product is gorgeous and we are so happy with it. We can highly recommend simpleFLOORS. They have set the bar quite high for future contractors to work in our home.

We had a horrific experience with Simple Flooring. We were having our hardwood floors redone in Swedish finish following some water damage. Simple flooring sent out what they called the «best in the business» to complete the work. When we met, we clearly outlined our expectations, and they had no problems with them. When it came time to do the job we had a fight with them about everything, including removing the baseboard trim, the stove and refrigerator. When we threatened them with stopping work, they finally moved our refrigerator to the front porch, and didn’t even bother to plug it in until we insisted. They also installed the new wood without a vapor barrier. These frustrations led us to want to observe the work more closely, fortunately we have interior and exterior HD security cameras. According to our surveillance it was clear they did not put three coats of finish, only 2, this turned into another argument, because they claimed they had done a 3^rd. Finally, they agreed to put the third coat. Unfortunately, it was evident on film that the material they used was NOT what they claimed it was. There was virtually no odor afterwards either. Within ONE day the floors were severely scratched up and peeling, it reminded me of dry Elmer’s Glue! Furthermore, there was extensive damage to our cabinetry and our stove was severely chipped too. We were forced to hire another company to repair the floors. It took them an entire week to get the product Simple Flooring used back off the floors, a process that typically takes a few hours. My family had to spend an extra 2 weeks in a hotel, this has been a major disruption in our lives. It took 20 years off the life of our floor and fixing the rest of the damage will most likely take months. I would NEVER trust them again, especially since Dave, one of the owners, stood behind his shifty contractors as firmly as he did. Unprofessional, unacceptable, unethical and far below National Hardwood Flooring Association standards.

We recently had Simple Floors install hardwood in our entire condo and couldn’t be happier. The floors look amazing!!!
Home Depot and Lowes were giving us headaches through the quote process but Charlie from Simple floors was a pleasure to work with! The price was better and the installers did a wonderful job.
I would strongly recommend them!

Don’t let any other «reviews» fool you. please personal message me and I will send you pictures and emails of how this company treats their customers and produces the worst install of floors I have ever seen. I even wish we never got new floors. Lets also talk about how they ruined a stainless steel refrig, put their rubbage against art and the siding of our house creating more and more and more damage, and to be the icing on a laundry list of complaints a rooms worth of floor boards are «popping up.» What a joke and disappointment. I implore you to email me and I will send you full details, emails, photos of how they will ruin your home. Or if you want, work with them and have Dave and Stepan belittle and insult you just for asking them to do it the way they promised. THE WORST COMPANY!!! Oh and p. s. we have had our floors just over a month and have had this many problems… beware beware beware!!! do not use them do not use them do not use them!

So glad we went with Simple Floors after looking at a few other places. Charlie was awesome from start to finish — I highly recommend these guys. They also have a very good installer. Great selection of flooring, good prices, excellent customer service.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with the purchase and install of 600 square feet of 72″ x 5−5/8″ x ½″ Zebrano Charred Nature Strand Woven Bamboo from Simple Floors in Tukwila. Dave, Tammi, and Charlie were easy to work with and very helpful and responsive in the purchase process. The install team paid close attention to every detail and did a superb job.

We were (and continue to be) thrilled with the flooring we purchased from Simple Floors. Charlie was very knowledgable and informative and helped us to make a good decision about which style and color of bamboo to buy. I can’t remember if we made an appointment, but he was there and ready for us when we arrived and had so many samples to look at, it was like 31 Flavors. :-) He allowed us to bring home samples of our five or six finalists so we could see how it would look in the area.
The delivery service they offered was surprisingly inexpensive, easy to work with and EXACTLY on time.
The floors look beautiful and the price was right. We will eventually get hard woods in other areas of our house and will absolutely go back to Simple Floors.

We used simple floors to purchase and install beautiful flooring to replace some really gross shag carpeting. The product is gorgeous, the sales team is friendly and helpful but not pushy, and the installers were professional and fast. Prices are affordable, even compared to liquidation warehouses.
We will go here for all our flooring needs in the future, and highly recommend their services.

Just sold the condo, but worth noting that every showing feedback we received — and there were dozens — started with «Love the floors!»

Their sales services are good.
However, before you place the order with them, make sure you have measured the exact footage for the area. Do not buy more than your need.
Their return policy is:
«We accept returns within 30 days of the date of original sale. There is a 5 carton minimum on returns and there is a 25% re-​stock fee. We do our best to make sure you do not order too much material to avoid returns».
That is to say, you cannot return them any surplus of material if they are less than 5 cartons.
I have an extra carton sitting in my closet right now.

I recently had some strand bamboo flooring installed in my downstairs office and hallway. It is absolutely stunning, wears extremely well, and I get compliments on my updated home all the time! (It was installed a few months ago – I waited to see how it would wear before I wrote this.)
I researched extensively on the web before I purchased and I went to visit the Simple Floors showroom in Tukwila to inspect their products for quality. My friend accompanied me, and we were both blown away. (She works for a builder and she was immensely impressed.)
Tammi was accommodating and I had the flooring installed at my convenience with a great crew, who did a terrific job. I couldn’t be happier. Don’t think twice – go ahead and purchase with these folks. You won’t be sorry.

Tammi helped us at SimpleFloors and she is great. The flooring is installed and looks good. Other than some of the pieces werent correctly fitting with the previous line and hence some places there is more gap than others. Overall, great deal for the wood.
I called in and spoke to them about it and they say that usually with hard wood its a common problem and I should push in some wood putty.

We just put down laminate in 3 rooms in our home and had a challenged situation with the product. ½ of the boxes contained flooring that was scratched by the manufacturer. However, SimpleFloors handled our situation very well — they picked up the damaged product and at the same time delivered new flooring! And before delivering, they open each box to be sure the flooring was perfect.
Their customer service is excellent and are true advocates of their customers with their manufacturers. They owned the situation and we are very happy customers. We will be replacing several more rooms this year and will certainly order through SimpleFloors.
