Chase Bank

The only reason I’m giving this branch 3 stars is because of a couple of the tellers. Other than that their management has horrible service especially the personal. When you look at one of them all she does is stare back. I was waiting in line for a merchant transaction. There was one person is in the merchant line and another in the regular line. I waited until the regular line was cleared and the teller was about to to help when the manager said no that u had to wait for the merchant even though there was no one else in the bank! Wtf?! So I had to wait another 10 minutes behind someone who had an issue all the while I could’ve been helped and been out of there. Finally the other teller told me to come up after he helped someone else that came AFTER me. Most chase banks will usually just allow me to go up to any teller if their merchant teller is busy or if there’s no one in the bank. You guys need to learn to prioritize. I have to go to the bank and go back to open my store. I don’t have time to wait for nothing!

worse customer service than lakewood, wa… did not think that was possible. teller’s sour looks from the beginning nd asinine question;; customer; my pin number is not being accepted at the atm; teller: what pin are you referring to? how many kinds of atm pins are there? omg! customer vice chld was no better… cant wait to close this acct

Phenomenal customer service! I was shocked to see that that kind of customer service still exists in America. It was a breath of fresh air and I will continue to go back just becasue the way they made me feel. VERY impressed!

If you have read any other reviews on Chase and their mortgage lending — this all goes without saying. If you have not, let me share my current experience with you.
We found Hallie at this branch and she seemed as though she could make the process streamlined in applying for a home loan. Right out of the gate, communication was lacking and multiple times we have been asked to provide documentation they already have.
After getting her manager involved, the promises and agreements that were made during a conference call never came to fruition. This happened more than just a couple of times. When they say they will call back in a few minutes, they really will not. That rings true for your contact along with their manager (both Eric and also Dean).
When we went with another lender, we picked up our documents from Hallie. Mixed in with them was other people’s documents. Fortunately for that person, we discovered their information was mixed in with ours and returned it to the banker before leaving the building. No wonder why they ask for things several times. And who else has my documents?! Quite clear that information security is not one of their strengths.
Save yourself the frustration and go to a mortgage person who appreciates your business and has their stuff together.

The most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever had, especially being a financial institution…
I was in to freeze my account because my card had been compromised and was receiving erroneous charges. While I was speaking with the customer service representative, the BRANCH MANAGER was throwing paper airplanes at the assistant branch manager, laughing far too loud for a bank environment, and making inappropriate jokes. He seemed to be perturbed when he was interrupted from his games by the representative helping me and made an audible SIGH when he got up from his chair. When he was asked to assist with my account predicament, he treated me as if I did not matter to him one bit.
I had the misfortune of needing to return the following day for reasons relating to the above issue. He THEN took it upon himself to help me directly and admitted he should have helped me the previous day.
During our discussion, rather than apologizing for the issues that were happening, he openly remarked about the negligence of the original customer service representative who helped me the day before. He carried on about how he had no idea how his rep could screw up my account so bad (Gee, maybe it’s because the rep is under POOR management!!!).
Needless to say, I have since closed my account with Chase and would never ever ever recommend ANYONE to do business at this branch for any reason whatsoever.

Customer service is lacking. Was gonna open an account but decided not too after a few moments.
