This place is terrible. The prices are way too marked up (how else do you explain the «Buy One Suit, Get Two Free» specials they constantly run) and the staff will judge you based on your appearances — costly mistake. The service at Men’s Warehouse was a thousand times better, as were the prices. We ultimately didn’t buy from either place, but if you want to know how you should be treated, go to the Men’s Warehouse first, followed by Nordstrom’s.

Went here to get suits for my wedding. The only reason I’m still putting up with their horrible service is the buy one get three free deal. Stay far away if you want to keep sane. So unorganized, and clueless. First visit, Rhonda made what a 10 minute visit into a hour trip. When suits came in, only one fit, and some of the sizes that we ordered came in incorrect. That was after being in the store for 2 hours with my groomsmen waiting to get fitted. Because I guess, they can only help one person out at once when there was 3 people working. She sent one down to one of the groomsmen in California. She sent the wrong pants. Luckily the location down there helped him out. After a month of waiting, I’m the only one with my suit. Others were never contacted about their suits coming in, some pants ended up with cuffs when some came back with plain bottoms. So here we are a month and half after our initial visit and only one of the 8 suits had been completed correctly. My advice just go to Nordstrom or across the street to the mall. You’ll save yourself time and lots of frustration. If I had to do it over I’d fork out the little bit more money to not have to deal with the unorganized and unprofessional staff. If you do have to go there just stay away from Rhonda. I spent 6 years in men’s clothing and have no clue how she has a job there. If this was your first experience getting a suit, I can see why it would be dreadful ever thinking about getting another one. Never again!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, though there can be a long wait for alterations (2 weeks in Jan.) The shirts and jackets are great, but the pants are not durable. I had 2 pairs split down the inseam (they were sized properly and fit comfortably).
From now on, I will buy shirts there when they have screaming deals, no pants.

I had a good experience at this place. They have cheaper deals than Men’s Warehouse because Men’s Warehouse carried different brand names versus Jos A Bank sells their own name brand. The female associate was helpful and helped my boyfriend picking out the right suit for his father’s funeral. The service was quick and neat. Another associate also showed my boyfriend how to tie a tie properly. Overall, I would come back here again if we are in need of another suit.

By far the worst customer service possible. Went in to buy «wedding wear» and 2 people working. One said she would be right with us and showed us to books then went on to spend over 20 minutes with someone else. Other man working ignored us. While the woman was apologizing to the man she had been helping for over 20 minutes for him waiting we started leaving. As we walked out she mumbled «give us a call if you have any questions». Store was not busy and I was very offended by this lack of service. Take your money somewhere else!

My friend is getting out of the army and needed to get some suits for interviews. I went with him and no one said hi or can I help you the entire time we were in the store. (20 minutes by the way) we drove from Tacoma to this location. Waste of time. I will recommend against this place to everyone and now we are on our way to men’s warehouse.

Bought two suits and a pair of pants earlier this year. Quality is better than expected after reading online reviews. They seem durable, fit well and I’ve received a compliment while wearing one of them.
My order took a couple weeks longer than expected to be ready, however the tailoring was done early. Also, I had an issue with the tailoring fees, however Chris and Steven were professional, understand customer service, and corrected the problem to ensure that I would consider buying suits from Jos A Banks again.
