Love this location because it’s so close and on certain days the baristas are quite tasteful and pleasant. Half the time though I’m met by the old woman with the long braid/hair and acne. ABSOLUTELY rude. Along with the bigger barista with acne. Both have no customer service skills whatsoever. The bigger girl messed my drink up and I simply asked her to remove the whip cream and got a horrible attitude out of it! Then she spilt half my drink all over and put the lid on and didn’t even clean it up. When I asked her to provide napkins so I may clean it up the old woman with the long(blondish-brown hair I might add) spit me attitude and told me to clean it up myself and that napkins were at the coffee bar. I’m a loyal Starbucks customer but these employees have to go. I don’t think the idea is to add the«Spice of Tukwila» since it was voted one of my most dangerous cities… This isn’t Compton can we clean up out attitudes please? To the guy with the glasses and brown hair and the short girl with the blonde hair you two are wonderful and it is such a joy to see you both when I come in for a break :) keep up the awesome work and hopefully your amazing customer service skills will rub off on your malicious peers :)

Disrespectful service, the cashier had an aggressive attitude, you can tell she is a very violent person by the way her coworkers barely look up, they look scared, the place was empty and it’s very understandable

Employee Sara had an attitude with me right away. Then when I tried paying with a $ 100 bill she told me that I have to follow by the rules of the company and they don’t take bills bigger than $ 20. RUDE!!!

Great customer service ! Great cup of coffee and I didn’t have to wait to long despite the long line. I’ll be back because its really close to my job. I have Starbucks just about every morning and this location seems to know just how to make the perfect cup of Joe. 4 stars :)

Always clean and friendly people here. Barista MaKayla took and did our order this evening! Very personable and professional, took the time to get our drinks right and special. Only wish I can saw Tukwila needs a drive thru! No where close by!

When you go to Starbucks there are certain expectations. Green aprons, good snacks, laid back atmosphere, and lots of different coffee combos! This location has the green aprons, lots of snacks and it is laid back but they drop the ball on the coffee combos. I order the same drink each time but inevitably it comes out incorrect, whether the«no ice» goes unnoticed or the soy milk is not substituted. Mistakes don’t bother me but the barista flat out doesn’t read the cup correctly and makes it out to be my fault, that’s where the stuff that is frustrating.

I would consider this your average Starbucks. The place is well kept and clean, the baristas are quite friendly. There’s really nothing special to come out of your way for… a Starbucks is a Starbucks.

My experience was mearly disappointing. My shots were sitting for far too long before Will added the ice, and there was NO lite ice like I had specifically asked for. I don’t think I’ll return to this location again!

My favorite Starbucks around Southcenter. Always enough parking which is great. The employees are always hustling and smiling. Stop by once a week, sometimes twice to get some work done on the laptop throughout the day. 5 stars from me!

A really nice and convenient standalone Starbucks that suffers only in that it doesn’t have much seating, which means that one has to be creative to find a seat. Nevertheless, it is well laid out, the staff are friendly, and there is ample parking. It’s a great place to stop and have a coffee when on the road.

Free parking(parking lot), Free WiFi and lots of outlets make it a good place to study/work. It’s a little small and only seating options are small tables with chairs. Can get a little loud since it can be crowded but it’s not bad.

Nice convenient location however most staff has the personality of cardboard. One Night they began to put chairs up around us even though it was 8:00 and they closed at 9:00. I wish they had a drive through here since there isn’t a drive through anywhere around Southcenter.

For a Starbucks I received one of my better coffees here. Taste was really good and I went there three times while staying in Renton. All three times it was a good coffee. They are doing something right there! Fast service. The people seems to be enjoying what they were doing

Worst service I’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks. I am a loyal customer but at this time in the day and there’s a 20+ minute wait? And then have a completely incorrect drink and the barista tell me that I just need to take it because she has a line? I don’t think so. Won’t be returning.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations around the U.S. and this location has always given me the best service. Most importantly it’s consistent no matter which associate is helping me. I want to give a special shout out to Kate. She is someone who has always made it a fun experience when I come in and she gives great service to not only me, but everyone I’ve seen her interact with while waiting for my drink. Anyway, thank you to this Starbucks store and Kate especially for making my coffee runs that much better ! Thank you Kate and the rest of the staff! Bests, Timoteo Cordero Acura of Seattle

I said«no room in the coffee» to a bartender, but the coffee was too much that I eventually burned my fingers and hands like 2 times. I finally spilled some coffee in the trash bin.

This is a wonderful location, right next to the Southcenter Westfield Center Mall and the neighborhood Target. We usually avoid the mall Starbucks and grab a coffee here while shopping or running errands. This location has plenty of convenient parking, tall glass windows, dark wood, and comfortable furniture that are almost always claimed. It does not have a drive thru, which would have been a wonderful touch, but the line moves pretty quickly so it isn’t too much of a deterrant. While the line does move quickly enough with their standard two-barista arrangement on a Sunday night(last night). Don’t expect either of them to be nice, pleasant, crack a smile or be friendly in any way. They actually didn’t make my drink correctly, but I chose not to have them fix it, simply because I didn’t really want to talk to them again. The coffee station was well stocked, but messy with sugar, cream, coffee spilled everywhere like a child(or messy adults) were on a weird coffee station rampage. As a side note though, I have been here several times in the morning, during the morning rush, and the baristas are much friendlier, and quicker then.

Been here several times with coworkers and though the stops are far and in between i recognize an employee or two. Service was quick and loud referring to the Friday long weekend buzz. Store appeared clean but some tables were stick from customer spills. No big to do plenty of seating
