They have some really cute shoes, backpacks, stuffed animals, etc. I was in there just a few minutes ago and the two employees behind the counter where arguing with each other over putting away inventory. Both of them saw me standing there sadly with my 8 year old daughter watching the whole«show». Because of the friction between the two employees it was no surprise we weren’t about to get the best customer service. Needless to say we ran past the packed store full of people and got the hell outta there. I may try another location in the future because of my Autistic 4 year old’s love toward«Yo Gaba Gaba» paraphernalia.

Returned some shoes here, had a bad experience. The salesperson was trying to talk me into exchanging, seriously looked for some kind of fault or wear on the shoes I was returning, even though they had not been worn outside and had been tried on twice she was saying they could not be resold. The return policy is vague on the receipt and I got different answers from 2 different employees about their policy. Overall — They have some unique shoes here but I will buy next time from a larger retailer for better returns policy.

Great kidz shoe store. Most people think that this place has real urban style shoes, but in reality there’s a lot of variety. Walk in and you’ll see that there’s a wide range of all the shoes you need. They carry baby shoes as well. To name a few big brands here: Puma’s are real cute. Adidas, Nike… And then there’s UGG and Polo as well. And then of course the selection of urban style shoes, which cater great to the South Seattle crowd.

They carry some adorable name brand kids shoes(Adidas, Puma, etc.) and yes, you will pay through the nose for them. However, their selection is just about the best I’ve seen for kids. I am not a fan of Jordans(gasp!), and just about every other shoe store in the mall carries only Jordans, so I was pleased with what this store had to offer.
