I came in here to shop for my little sister for Christmas yesterday, and walked away with a bad experience. They were having several sales, which always makes me and my wallet happy. I found more than what I intended on getting but ended up getting some pretty good deals. The store was clean and for the most part pretty quiet because not many people were here last night. Only thing that bugged me about Justice last night(and this doesn’t usually happen… I’ve had really good experiences here usually) was the rude employees. They’re all in their teens and early twenties, so I know they just kind of have a habitable attitude, but I don’t play that game. First employee who was rude: I was looking around, just trying to spot something else my sister would like, and this girl was just WATCHING me and she goes«DOYOUHAVE A QUESTION» like in a loud ass tone for no reason! It was almost like she thought I was waiting for her to ask, because I was near her… But I really wasn’t? I told her«nope… just looking.» And THEN, she did the same thing again when I was looking up by the register! Same tone and everything! She either needs to work on her tone a bit or just learn to leave customers alone. Second employee: I thought this girl was going to be my cashier, because she was standing by her register… I walked up and said hi nicely, and she starts picking at her eye(like something was stuck in it) turned to her coworker and said«can you ring her up» with a wave of her hand. Didn’t even say hi. Third employee: Actual cashier we ended up with. She was the most cordial, and she still wasn’t doing a good job of it. My boyfriend bought a selfie stick(LMAO) and he said he could just put it in my bag and the girl tosses the selfie stick on the counter, in my direction, and goes«here.» After we left, I mentioned to my boyfriend how I checked in so I’d remember to comment on the service on Unilocal. He goes, «They were mean to you, for some reason, but not me…» So, ladies of Justice(if you’re reading this): take a course on customer service, maybe. And learning how to control the tones of your voice. And how to be nice to both the boyfriend and the girlfriend — you’re cutesy shit doesn’t cut it with me and I don’t find it funny that you think it’s okay to be all giggley and smiley with my boyfriend but rude to me.

Ugh. My daughter loves it here. Like L-O-V-E loves it. If she could, she’d live in here, and when we shop, it feels like she’s moving in it takes her FOREVER to look at everything. Now, the regular prices are whack, I admit, but hit a sale and it’s a great deal. And the staff are nothing but pleasant and patient with her counting up things three times to be sure her gift card covers it. And an extra star that the staff don’t ever bug us or suggest she get some of the hideous things she’s way too young for, that’ll come soon enough I’m sure.

Typical mall Justice. Overpriced, poorly made clothing for little ones. My 5 year old loves it — so I broke down and bought her a couple of shirts and a dress. Even on clearence with coupons, the items were overpriced and when I got home, saw that I was overcharged on 2 of the 3 items. Will definitely make sure to avoid this store on future shopping trips…
