The process of sale was good, but the replace process was terrible. After I purchased the mattress one month, I found one part is much lower than the whole mattress. I think it is a structure issue and they should exchange it. According to the policy, I should pay 50 dollors for the delivery. However, the salesman charge me 100 because he think I purchased it very cheap and he always do it. I think it is ok if I can get a new one. At the second day, I received the ‘new’ one which is used or floor model. The surface was very dirty, So I rejected. The salesman said all they sell are not brand new and have small issue and cannot exchange me another one. Actually, I called him serveral time before delivered. The first time he said the product is not best condition, but the second time when I confirmed with him, he said they are brand new and best condition. After delivered, he said he never say exchange a brand new one for me, he only said new. It is really terrible. So do not buy anything from this store if you want a good condition and never believe the salesman!

This has been the worst experience by far! I went in with my family to buy a mattress on June 10^th. They happened to have the Cali King mattress in stock and gave us a great deal. We were pleased with our purchase and were told that we’d have it delivered next day. Later that evening we get a call from the Sales guy that the mattress in the warehous appeared to be damaged (possilby water damaged) and he intended to order us a new mattress that would arrive TWO WEEKS LATER! We told him this was unacceptable and he somehow managed to find a way to get our mattress delivered for Father’s Day.
Let me tell you the wait was not worth it. We received a call Saturday night for the delivery. Sunday afternoon the delivery guys were to bring us a new Cali King mattress that had presumably been ordered for us. Instead we received a USED, DAMAGED mattress that even the delivery guys stated they would refuse to even consider paying more than $ 50! Needless to say, we sent the mattress back. I spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday with various sales guys, managers, and eventually the Regional Manager. They were absolutely unhelpful! They REFUSED to order us a new mattress as originally promised and stated the best they could do was give us 100% refund. Their excuse was that there was miscommunication and that there had never been a new mattress ordered and they had no intention of ordering a new mattress. In other words they blatantly lied to us and made us wait an ENTIRE WEEK! And even worse, they weren’t even refunding me 100%, although they stated they would. They were claiming they only saw a purchase price of less than what I had paid for. The net sum, I ended up calling my credit card company and filing a claim against them to get my full money back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GREAT DEAL, AND INITIALLY AT THE TIME OF SALES I HAD. HOWEVER, THE AT THE END OF THE DAY, I WAS LIED TO, WASTED MY TIME AND NOW I NEED TO WAIT FOR MY REFUND WHILE I SEARCH FOR A NEW MATTRESS.
SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ENERGY AND BUY FROM SOMEPLACE THAT HONORS THEIR WORD.

Great Sales Pitch, Horrible customer and Delivery Service! We bough our mattress last night from this guys, the sales process was great! they can pitch the sale, but like a ton of other bad businesses the real face of the company is after the sale… Once they collect your money, you become much less of a priority to them.
We were told that our mattress was going to get delivered the next day in the morning and that for sure we were going to get a phone call between 10 – 11 am to confirm the time. The sales man assured us that it would get delivered by 3pm the latest, we make sure that they knew that the next day was Father’s Day (TODAY) and we didn’t want to be stuck at home all day waiting for the mattress, well is already 5pm and the mattress is not here yet!!!
We didn’t get a phone call this morning, so I called the same sales guy from last night and ask about the phone call we were supposed to get to confirm the delivery time. I was told that the warehouse people made a mistake and that they would call me back right away to schedule the time… well another hour later I had to call them back again and ask about the phone call I was promised I’ll get, so this time the sales person gave me the warehouse guy’s phone number so I could ask him my self, so I did. He went on to blame the Sales guy for not putting the order in!!! \
(Passing the ball or the Blame) the warehouse guy said that we would get a call again when they were on the way and that they would be here between 3 – 5 pm
I called the delivery person two minutes before 5pm since I didn’t get a call again and ask if they were on their way since it was almost 5:00… He said that they were running behind because they had to stop at another warehouse to help WTF! that is not our problem. so that would put them here about 5:30 — 5:45pm so most likely they would be here after 6pm for sure if we are lucky… THANKS TO THIS PEOPLE WE DIDN’T GET A CHANCE TO VISIT OUR FAMILY AND COMPLETELY MISS OUT ON FATHER’S DAY… Avoid this Company, Obviously they have no respect for people’s time nor do they care what happens to their customer’s after they collect your money.

Best mattress buying experience yet. They were able to be beat all competitors prices on my new queen mattress set. Do your shopping/​reasearch first, I think they will beat other prices! Fast no BS ezperience
