Well what can I say… STAY AWAY
We bought appliance back in December, but it took 6 scheduled deliveries some with wrong items, some with broken items, some where aliens abducted delivery truck driver, I honestly was happy to hear creative way they kept coming up with excuses and finally only in February after I got a call from district manager, we were able to get correct items delivered,
Now I’ve been calling them because one item does not work. So far entire month of August I got not a one phone call. There is a guy name Reggie who introduced him self as assistant manager and promised me number of times to pass on my message to store manager or district manager, but so far either he has amnesia or store manager Suzanne does not give a crap about customer service .
Today is April 1 2016 and I really fill like a fool, because somehow I was expecting Sears would see this on corporate level and try to resolve our issue.
District manager seems to be very good guy but store employees refuse to give out his contact info.

WELL a week later and the fridge was to come this morning between 10am-​12pm. My brother took off work to go to our house to be there because we had been so out of luck with them so many times for this fridge! Friday 3÷25÷16 the fridge was to come but they forgot to put us on the list so once again it did not come… today I thought nothing more could go wrong, well I was wrong. They decided to deliver the fridge early and went to the WRONG address when no one was home just continued so my brother sat around waiting for NOTHING and they refuse to deliver the fridge today now… so after TWO WEEKS we still have no fridge !!! I am furious the manager was no help also she was suppose to call us Friday with some information and never did, all weekend. don’t waste saving the $$$ this place is a JOKE will make no accommodations for you

If Reggie is there, it’s all good. He will take care of you and find a way to ensure you don’t leave the store empty handed. Unfortunately, the other 4 – 5 associates that were «working» that day did not even attempt to help me. Meanwhile, Reggie was already helping two other customers and still asked how he could help me. This five star ranking is for REGGIE, not the Sears outlet. I’d give it a 1 or 2 star based on the «help.» They need to step it up.

Worst customer service experiences. Delayed scheduling of delivery (a week and I had to call repeatedly), delivered broken fridge, won’t answer the phone and upon coming into the store the salespeople laughed and gave me a telephone number instead of working to resolve the problem of having delivered a broken fridge. Customer ‘no service’ seems to be the standard. First and last time I shop at Sears Outlet.

I purchased online to pick up in the store the day before thanksgiving. Their website doesn’t not say how long it will take to process the order just that you will get an email when it’s confirmed that they have the product. I called Sears and told them I’d like to pick it up as I was already in the area and I didn’t want it to be gone on Black Friday. I was told that I can go to the store and pick it up. When I got to the store the manager told me he couldn’t pull up my order even though the customer service rep stated that it had already been sent to the store. I called customer service back and told them to cancel my order because it was too much of a hassle and that my card was not currently charged and they were not allowed to charge me. I was told they would cancel it. After hanging up I got a notification that I had been charged for the product which I was told to begin with wouldn’t happen until I was at the store picking up the product. I called customer service again and demanded that I get a discount for all their misrepresentation of how this order was supposed to be processed and I demanded that they call the store and have my product ready. The customer service rep did as I requested and I was able to pick up my product and received a 36% discount which is the only reason this store got 2 stars at all. Lesson learned I will never purchase online to pick up in the store anywhere ever!

Went there on Tues and salesman, Reggie, told me there would be a 20% off xmas sale starting on Thurs. I made a haul. Bought new washer and dryer for $ 600 including tax (I had budgeted $ 800); a 5 burner self cleaning gas range for $ 505 including tax. I am furnishing a new apartment and bought high end mattress, cheap box springs and medium priced bed frame. Last minute I added a leather recliner at $ 177. I am happy with everything except I wish I had sprung for the high end bed frame. But my personal bed is just a metal frame. I usually load this stuff into my small pickup truck but Reggie charged me just one delivery fee. $ 89 was worth it. Thanks Reggie.

This place is awesome, so is the help I received from their assistant manager Suzanne. I purchased a mint condition Samsung UN65SJ9500 — one of the best televisions ever made. The big 88″ version of the television sells at Best Buy for $ 20k…so yes, it is an amazing tv. I had a few high end sets to pick from — this one was great. As an audiophile — and tech geek I know my stuff… while I was there others walked by these televisions and choked at their asking price, which is less than half of that of Best Buy (on sale). I thought — Best Buy sells these by the truck load… yet people giggle here about a few thousand dollar tv… there will never be such an amazing deal as this place has… just have to know your stuff.
Suzanne was a pleasure to work with — and I picked up my set and passed on delivery. After reading other reviews — it might sound this is how you should buy stuff if you are sensitive to having someone deliver it.
I would say… if you want name brand merchandise, some of which is high end, at a great value and can pick it up… get in your car now and start driving. Best ever.
Don’t be a schmuck and knock the store for a third party delivery company… hire your own if it is super important.

Purchasing my refrigerator went smoothly, but from delivery on things went downhill.
The delivery drivers showed up on time and removed our old fridge ($ 15 charge). My husband asked how the ice machine was to be connected to the existing copper tubing, and they would only shrug in response (we were told they would hook it up and purchased a hose to do so).
As they brought the new fridge in, they neglected to put any protective blankets or material over the fridge, our railing, or our home. I watched as they scraped the front of the fridge along the brick of our house. I pointed this out to them, and was told «call the store» in response.
Once the new fridge was in our kitchen, they stood there and made no attempt to connect it, nor explain why they couldn’t. So, my husband tried to connect the ice maker. When he went down to the garage to turn the water back on, they yelled down to him that it was leaking. He came back upstairs to find them attaching the freezer drawer front, and was asked to sign for the delivery. One driver said, «Sorry, you can try Teflon tape,» and they left. Fridge was in the middle of the kitchen against some cupboards, leaking, while our food got warmer by the minute.
When I called the store and spoke to the Assistant Manager (do they have a real manager?), Suzanne, she instructed me to send her photos and a detailed account of what had occurred for her to file a claim with the delivery company. I did so, then went down to the store to return the hose I had purchased to connect the ice maker, where the sales associate said I should demand to be refunded for my delivery. I agreed.
Julie from XPO Logistics called me back later that day and explained that her drivers will not connect an ice maker unless the water shut-​off is at the wall by the fridge. It would have been nice if the sales associate at Sears had mentioned this, or even the delivery drivers who seemed unable or unwilling to communicate much of anything. She said she would send me an Amex gift card for 10% of the price of the fridge to cover the scratches, but would not refund my delivery charge as they had fulfilled their contractual obligation to Sears.
So, I called Suzanne at Sears and let her know that I wanted to be refunded for my delivery, and she blamed the sales associate (whom I assume she is responsible for training) for not letting me know that an in-​wall water shut-​off was required to hook up my fridge upon delivery. After I made a huge deal out of it, she finally agreed to refund HALF of my delivery charge, stating that she would call me once she had done so.
1.5 days and an email to Suzanne later, I still haven’t gotten confirmation that she has credited my card. Neither she nor Julie from XPO ever apologized or took any responsibility for the complete lack of communication.
I wish I had bought a brand new fridge for slightly more money from Frederick’s Appliance Center in Redmond. They installed my new oven today and really went the extra mile. Lesson learned.

I showed up to pick up a twin postuerpecic mattress with the receipt. They bring out a box spring when the receipt clearly shows a mattress with firm cushion. After blaming the mistake on us and the manager stating emphatically that she is in charge and that they can’t help. Suzanne is the unhelpful manager at this location. The other team members were courteous and helpful. After asking for the general managers info I was told that they would not provide me his contact information. I’m told that the manager will contact me tomorrow. Nice way to waste a Sunday with your toddler. Later she said it wasn’t Sears fault or mine I guess it was the mattress fairy who marks their inventory. I was then told that they found the mattress in their Fresno store but they wanted to charge me 2.5x the price in my receipt. No wonder Sears is going out of business. Great way to handle the situation, blame the customer then refuse to honor the receipt isn’t that called false advertising when you advertise something for a price with a clear picture and description then bait and switch the customer ???

So we can look past the poor customer service, the misinformation provided over the phone multiple times, and the inability to ensure customer satisfaction. What we can’t get passed is the pure disrespect the manager (MIKE) displays to his employees. In front of 2 customers, he spoke to his employee disrespectfully, with a sarcastic tone, and basically treated her as if she were stupid, and he was all knowing.
THE ONLY reason we decided to buy from this disgusting store was Caly. She was courteous, respectful, apologetic, and continued to apologize for her manager and our experience! She herself said she hated working there and wanted a different job!
If you are reading this and need a hardworking girl that is excellent at sales, call Caly and rescue her from this awful prison!

Worst service ever. I went on a weekday, there were more employees milling around than customers but it was hard to get someone interested in helping me. I asked one person a question. After answering it she went back to checking her cell phone without interest in whether I needed more help. One young man at the store noticed I wanted help at last, he was great. After ringing me up for a new washer/​driver he told me the delivery date would be next Sunday (Mother’s Day) and they would call me the night before with an arrival estimate.
I could give the long painful story but I’ll write the short version. No call the night before. A brief message at 9:15 a.m. saying the truck is on it’s way. Nothing by 10:30, I call, get no answers, am told to call back after 11:30. I do, am told I’m not on the list. More discussion. Ah ha, I am on the list, my time block is between 1 – 3 p.m. Now I’m pissed. I would have been OK with the time if I hadn’t just spent the whole morning waiting for them. So I told the person I was talking to that I wanted to cancel my order, I’ll buy appliances somewhere else.
And no surprise, no one ever called me back to followup. Never shopping there again.

Cheap appliances and a lot of people come in to buy things def a hidden reside if you’re a home owner looking for cheaper alternatives for your appliance needs!

The service from this store is awful. Actually, you’d have to actually get service to rate it anything. The service from this store is nonexistent.
We were moving into a new house so we ordered a refrigerator and a dryer to be delivered. Both were nightmares.
Refrigerator: On delivery day, the delivery company shows up and says «the store may have lost your refrigerator. They weren’t sure which one you ordered. They gave us this Kenmore, do you want it?» I ordered a Samsung. Not only was the one they brought a different brand, it wasn’t even close to the same style or size of the one that we had ordered! That was mindboggling in and of itself — if the store knew there was a potential mixup, why wouldn’t they call to let me know BEFORE THE DELIVERY GUYS SHOWED UP. Also, what was the guy at the warehouse thinking? Walk through this with me. You look at the order manifest and see that we ordered a Samsung French Door Fridge, and then give the delivery guy a Kenmore Side by Side Fridge? Clearly, there were only two working brain cells that fired and I would love to have insights into how that person made that connection. Each one of those product descriptions I highlighted here has four words. The only «match» you made, was on the word «Fridge»??? I refused the «substitute» refrigerator. I mean, that would in and of itself be a horrible experience, but it gets even better.
I called the store and was told I would need to speak with the manager. Ok, I said, can I speak to her? She’s busy, she’ll call me back. She did initially, but left me a voicemail. So I called back. Again and again that afternoon. Each time, she’s busy. Never heard from her again and then finally was told that SHE HAD GONE HOME FOR THE DAY. I asked an associate to process my refund. After about half an hour, he claimed he did. Two weeks later, nothing has hit my credit card. I called my credit card company — they say no refund was ever processed. I don’t understand how a store can not have a sense of urgency when it essentially is STEALING thousands of dollars from a customer and not delivering the product. How do you, as a manager, not call the customer back and resolve the issue before you go home? How do you, as an associate, blatantly LIE about processing a refund? Or do you not know how to use the computer system at the store and simply don’t know how to do your job?
That’s not all. The dryer that we ordered was guaranteed to be «tested» and fully functional. When I hooked it up — NOPE. As soon as you turn it on, it makes a loud screeching noise. Not just a squeak, but a god awful screech like a banshee giving birth. This is not something you need in depth diagnosis on. You just need to flip it on and your eardrums immediately burst. The only legitimate explanation is either the person testing it was completely deaf, or THEY DON’T BOTHER TO TEST THEIR PRODUCTS. I have to have the repairman come out next week to fix it now. Two weeks (going on three) in the new house now without being able to do laundry.
So I’m wondering, what exactly does this store do well? They have three main jobs: 1) Test the appliances they sell, 2) Deliver the products that were ordered, and 3) Provide customer service. They are complete and utter failures at all three.
Since I know from my experience a couple of weeks ago that people at this store apparently don’t care to answer a customer’s concerns over the phone, I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the refrigerator, warranty, and delivery fee. You can be sure I’ll seek whatever other channels for recourse as well to ensure people know about what a scam center this store is and how incompetent these people are at customer service.

I’m very unhappy with this store. I purchased an appliance from them to be delivered to a rental unit that I own. Never received my confirmation phone call the night before so I called day of to verify. Someone had crossed my name off the delivery list so I would not be receiving my appliance that day. Trying to coordinate a new delivery time with my tenant was very difficult. Every time I asked sears for help they said no. «Can you call my tenant on the way because he will be 5 minutes away?» their response No. «Can this appliance be delivered in the morning due to this error?» their response No. After several phone calls and finally talking to the manager on duty she reluctantly agreed to contact the delivery company to see if she could find out approximately when it will be delivered. She never bothered to call me back and I finally called hours later.
I’m a reasonable person and understand mistakes happen. All I wanted was an apology and never got one from the manager. Stores screw up, it happens I get it. You apologize and offer something like a discount to entice the customer to come back. I feel like no one at this store cares that they screwed up.

When we went into the store it was very pleasant. The sales people were very helpful and nice and we found what we wanted right away.
Here’s where the experience falls apart.
We had the items delivered. Original purchase date was 9÷27÷14 set up for a delivery date on 9÷30÷2014. I waited for the confirmation call from the delivery team on ⁹⁄₂₈. It never came. I called the store on 9÷28÷2014 in the morning after they opened and was told my items were en route and would be there in the afternoon. They never showed up. I called back to the store and asked where my items were. They were never put into Que and so were never delivered. According to the associate I spoke with, there was no delivery available on wed/​thurs and so I would have to wait until Friday. I set it up for Friday afternoon. I was told again that I would be receiving a confirmation call Thursday night between 8pm and 8:30 pm.
10÷2÷2014. No Call
10÷3÷2014 I called the store at 9am when they opened. I spoke to a very rude male associate who refused to give me his name. Every time I asked he would put me on hold. I was on hold according to my phone for 10:24 sec. but he said my stuff was on the truck and would be delivered between 3pm and 4pm.
I called back at 5pm to see where my stuff was and was told it was never placed on the truck, and that they only had my Mom’s PO BOX in Ca and could not deliver it. After the information was fixed I was told it would be Sunday at the earliest. Not acceptable. I ordered the items to arrive before I left for a trip. I asked to speak with the Manager and was soon after contacted by a regional manager. I was promised that my items would arrive on 10÷4÷2014 bright and early and that the delivery truck would be stopping at my place first.
They were nice enough to tell me I’d be refunded my delivery fee and get a gift card ($ 25 oooo) For my trouble. Because losing two days of life and sleep now (I sleep during the day) is obviously only worth $ 100. But it was a nice gesture.
10÷4÷2014
10:11 am No delivery. I called the store again and was told by a female associate that my stuff was on it’s way and to give it another hour.
11:23 Called the store again. Spoke to the manager again. My stuff was never loaded onto the truck.
At this point I have contacted the regional manager again to see if I’m going to be actually able to get my items.
Corporate is next.
3:12 pm Spoke with both the regional and store manager. They had to have a truck from Shoreline to get my stuff.
4:53pm They delivery truck is here. YAY! The guys are nice. and I have my stuff!
5:11pm it’s the wrong stuff… contacted the store again delivery scheduled for tues ¹⁰⁄₇ They were able to get the mattress right, just not the recliner.
10÷6÷2014 Received a confirmation call… finally and spoke with Susanne should be the right chair we’ll see.
10÷7÷2014 The chair finally arrived. It was an hour late after the 4 hour delivery window. I had to call the store and the delivery drive to see what was going on. The driver tried to tell me he was waiting till later. I asked him how that fit within the delivery time. He said he’d be there is 30 min which turned out to 63 min.
10/​27/​2014. The manager did keep her word on sending gift cards.
In closing… I will not shop there ever again. I will never order from them. Will never happen. I refuse to do business with anyone who take wasting my time so lightly. There are places who want my business,
In response to the nice offer of 40% off an appliance. Completely useless to me. I live in an apartment. I spoke with Margret and really what it comes down too is that the incompetence abounded in this situation on so many levels from the management down. I will show not support a business that excels in wasting my time.

This place is an awesome alternative for finding appliances! I don’t like paying full price for things so this place is right up my alley. I came looking for a refrigerator because ours finally crapped out after 13 years and I was looking for a standard side-​by-​side stainless steel fridge. Choices are great but it’s one of those places that you may have come back an check week to week for new shipments. Since this place IS an outlet afterall, their stock comes from store returns, floor models or refurbs. Given that, it may take you a few tries but you’ll probably find an awesome deal as most everything is priced very well.
On top of that, anyone that helped us out was very informative and helpful — great customer service, great prices, win-​win!

This location was a bit difficult to find, It’s located inside of an office park. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly young lady everything was going smoothly until I reached the register to pay for my item. My total came to over 1.5X what I was planning to pay. Without mentioning if we were interested in purchasing a warranty plan it was added to our order. When I told him I wasn’t interested in a warranty plan I felt like I was held hostage at the register for 20 minutes while he explained all the benefits of the warranty plan, completely trashing their own product, and told me that I should reconsider my answer over and over… when this didn’t work his other co-​workers and manager joined in.

After I left I felt exhausted from saying «no, I’m not interested» so much.
If you didn’t have a greeter at the door to direct us to the department I was interested in this would have been a one star.

They had some good deals and I got a new tool chest and saved over $ 100, worth checking it out.
