My approach is fun, nonjudgmental, and full of possibility. It’s also scientifically proven. Body/mind/spirit…I care about the whole you. If you worry more than you want to, if life seems to have lost some of its luster, if there are areas of your life that are not what you want them to be, call, text or email me. You’ll gain some tools and practices for thinking, feeling and doing that can change your life forever. Remember, it’s the only life you have (as far as we know). Don’t waste a minute of it being unhappy or unfulfilled anymore.

History

Established in 2004.

Prior to becoming an Licensed Professional Counselor I served the community of Tulsa for 10 years as a Certified Rolf® Structural Integration Therapist (see bio at linkedin​.com/​i​n​/​a​n​n​i​e​h​e​a​r​t​field). Went to graduate school in 2001, then from ’03-’06 practiced clinical work in drug & alcohol rehab, domestic violence, sexual assault, and mental health. In 2006 I returned to full-​time private practice in Community Counseling.
