History

Established in 2007.

Our Director, Melissa Prichard began Alpine Tutoring as a result of her years of experience as both a classroom teacher and a professional tutor. Realizing two areas of growing need, one for more individualized instruction, thanks to growing classroom sizes, and two the need for careful matches between students and tutors, she founded Alpine Tutoring. She hires only the best instructors, and takes the time to truly listen, creating the most successful and powerful matches for all of our students.

Armed with six years of classroom teaching experience, both in the US and abroad, as well as 10 years of experience as a professional tutor, our Director, Melissa Prichard knows what it takes to create an ideal learning environment for students. Thanks to her training and experience, she has been able to produce a remarkable success rate for our students. She is personally involved in the hiring and placement of each one of our tutors, and is passionately committed to each student we work with.
