I recently took my G37 in because the «Service Engine Soon» light had come on. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The problem was found and resolved ion a reasonable time. I left there a happy customer.

Had to stop in for a random service need and service was fast and friendly! Christy was great. First time customer and after today, I will be back! Great place, plus donuts and coffee in the AM — win win.

In and out in 2 hours with exactly the deal Siamak and i had discussed over email. No bologna whatsoever. It was such a good experience my brother– and sister-​in-​law bought the same QX60 from Siamak for the same deal less than a week later. Very refreshing. Thanks, Siamak and team.

Great experience overall with the entire dealership and buying experience. Albert (salesman) went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the brand and the vehicle (QX60). I was intent on purchasing the Acura MDX until Albert and senior managers at Infiniti sold me not only on the vehicle but Infiniti as a brand. Albert even picked up my wife and child from the airport so we could see how 2 suitcases, a stroller, car seat and base plus 3 adults fit. They did, with room to spare! Nothing short of a perfect experience.

My husband and I walked into Autonation Infiniti Christmas week and left with a beautiful fun 2015 Infiniti QX60. My husband had been in touch via emails with Siamak who assisted us with our new car. He was awesome! We let him know exactly what we were looking for and he provided us with a car that had everything we needed and more!
The best part of it was that, he helped us stay within our budget too.
It was the level of service i was most impressed with. He didn’t rush us nor did he make us feel any pressure to make a decision, etc. Siamak was very professional and personable. He felt more like a friend than a sales person.
We were with him for more than 2 hours and yet, he was very patient and even offered to go over the car’s amazing features again (we briefly went over it in the beginning, but he offered to go over it again to make sure we drove off with confidence) and he also made sure all our questions were answered!
Our communiciation didn’t end there. Any questions i had after driving off the lot-​i would email Siamak and he was very quick with his follow ups. i really appreciate that! Both my husband and i are more than pleased with Siamak and his service! We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking into getting an Infiniti! you will be in grrreat hands!
We also met with Sep– who assisted us finalizing the whole paperwork aspect of the deal.
He was great to work with as well. He made the paperwork part of the deal, easy-​peasy!
All in all, we had a very pleasurable experience with Autonation Infiniti in Tustin.
They’re very lucky to have Siamak on their team!

After speaking to a friend of mine by the name of Shlomo he mentioned i should go to AutoNation of Tustin so i went with him met with the manager by the name of Arnauld he was very nice! Before i new it i was ready to buy the car ! My salesman was Edgar Merak I was so happy with their service and i will defiantly recommend them to family and friends !!

I came to the dealership on dec 31^st for a new car and Joseph really helped me pick an awesome car in my budget. Josephs service was really great and they gave me $ 7000 off sticker. I went at the end of the year so they were really busy so financing took forever but its understandable for that deal. If your in the market ask for Joseph and hell take care of you!

I would have given a 3 star if Teshin wasn’t such a great salesperson. Browsing and finding the right car was a great experience and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. However purchasing the car is kind of a different story. We waited for over 2 hours to be with one of the two finance people. The blond older lady is the one you want though if you have a choice. She knows what she’s doing and wants to help you get behind the wheel of your new car as fast as possible. She looks mean but she’s goal orientated. She’s the reason why I didn’t rate this place lower too. I sat down with the other sales manager, but the lady had to come in and help. Overall I had a good experience I would say. Teshin is definatelt a very good saleswoman. Ask for her, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the other ones from what I’ve seen. I expected one hour and ended up being there for over three.

I can’t comment on what it’s like to lease a car for home use … but as a 5-​time business renter, I can tell you it’s frustrating. My experience in mid-​December was typical:
— I had to tell them what kinds of documents I’d need.
— They didn’t understand what a corporate agreement was, and didn’t understand the borrowing resolution, requiring an additional set of work.
— On the Sunday I came in, despite an appointment & promise I’d be out quickly, after 2+ hours (and having emailed all the documents ahead of time), they still couldn’t complete the deal. I had to take the car away as a «loaner» and then the salesperson came to my house (that was decent, anyway) to finally complete the signing. They still had to bother my home office.
— The finance manager I dealt with was condescending (despite the fact that I knew more about the corporate agreements than he did), and made it seem like I should know where to sign when he didn’t even bother to explain where or what I was being shown.
— The finance manager spent time trying to upsell things from oil change to tire rotations, and when told I wasn’t interested, acted as though I was an idiot. Hey buddy … who’s paying your salary through the purchase?
Oh … the on-​line info? Completely unreliable and useless in terms of doing anything other than generating leads for AutoNation. The car I «built» (red, various features, 2016) got a response for a white, 2015, with none of the features I wanted.
Trying to book service online? I’ve done it twice… each time it’s required a PHONE CALL to the shop to confirm that they’d a) have a loaner vehicle for me; b) be able to do the appointment in the time frame I asked about. They don’t read the «special comments» section and don’t respond by phone or email. That means you will spend time online, only to waste time with a call later. It’s the 21^st century … customers don’t want to waste time with calls.

Recently purchased a car from Infiniti Tustin.
The good:
The sales person, Tehson, was very good, nice, and courteous. The store was nice, had a good selection, and low pressure, and we felt like we received a good deal.
The Bad:
Took 6 hours to «negotiate» and sign the final paperwork. When we say we will pay no more than X amount, why do they have to play the game for hours of «this is our BEST price. This is our NEW best price, etc.» Hate playing games, especially when it is wasting our time to such a large extent. We finally talk to the finance person, he offers us the «extras» and we say it is not a good enough deal, we will pass. He hems and haws for what felt like an hour. We said no, we are not interested, we don’t feel like it is worth the money. Then another finance person comes in, asks what we wanted, then acted confused and said that is no problem, she even give us more than we were asking. Again, why did we have to play the game with the first person? We finally sign all the paperwork, are tired and hungry and annoyed, literally at the dealership for over 6 hours, go to get into our brand new car, and there are black marks all over the car. «Oh, that is glue from the shipping, we will clean it now.» Why wasn’t it cleaned before you gave it to me? They «clean» it again, and it still has white stuff on the black windows and black on the white paint. The manager says «you have to understand…» No, I just gave you LOTS of money, I don’t need to understand. Any other dealership in the world would understand that if I am buying a brand new car, I would like it to look like a brand new car. Pissed me off to the extent that I almost didn’t take possession of the car and walked away from the whole deal. We walk around the car with the manager, sales person, and cleaning person for another 20 minutes trying to get the crap off the car. We take the car home, and discover that the tires are almost half flat. Wouldn’t checking the air in the tires be a good thing to do before handing the car to a new customer? Another good idea, show the customer how to open the gas door if it is unlike other makes. Does buying a car have to be such a miserable experience?

Stopped by to see a QX60. Wasn’t really expecting to take home one but I did, thanks to Tehsin! Great customer service. And I love my new car! Couldn’t ask for more. :)

It has taken a month to realize there is a difference in sales service between Infiniti dealerships in so cal. My first dealer in HB lost my number, ignored my emails, didn’t advertise true price, and made me wait for everything.
Jordan was prompt, knowledgeable, interested and focused on customer satisfaction. And so was the delightful Anne in finance. And they even delivered my car to me on red carpet.
They returned the fun to buying a new car.

I have been looking for a Q 50 for about a month after turning in my G 37 back in September. The specific Q I wanted only existed at a few dealerships and kept getting the run around at different dealers. «we can’t get the car, please give us another week, etc etc»
Finally after a month I contacted Tustin Infiniti. I wish I did earlier! I spoke to Chris and Albert and they were awesome! Literally found my car and did a dealer trade and matched the quotes I got else where.
Was in my car within about 30 hours and LOVE driving it! I got a q 50 sport and its a great car.
They have called twice to follow up and it shows their dedication to their customers! Will highly recommend them in the future

Hi all! I would like to write a review on this dealership because I honestly had the best car buying experience here. Being a young woman, I was very nervous going in to buy a car. Salesmen get bad reps for being pushy and difficult but the employees at Autonation Infiniti Tustin are anything but that!
I saw their ad online for a Hyundai Tucson 2012 and drove all the way from Valencia to come and see it. Beforehand I called to make sure it was available as well as ask about their negotiation flexibility.
I got there and met the man I spoke to on the phone, Sam Park. He showed me and my dad the car and we went for a test drive. Once we were ready to start talking numbers, he was so helpful in meeting my budget and I left there with the car and a great deal! Many other dealers were being difficult and not willing to help me with my budget and I truly appreciated Sams customer service! When I’m ready, I will definitely be willing to make the drive out there to buy another car from them! I 100% recommend buying a car from them. You will leave feeling happy and not taken advantage of!

I bought a used Pontiac Solstice. There were some issues with the vehicle so I negotiated the price. They countered and it was a friendly process. They tried to fix the problem and I committed to buy the vehicle. They give a 60 day warranty and 3 day return policy.
After buying the vehicle, they followed up with me twice to make sure everything is fine.
I will go back and buy from them again.

Update: I’ve called 12 times since Molly wrote that comment. Still nobody has called me back.
I was lied to when I purchased my q50s. I did not want a certain accessory so I asked if they could remove it and give me a credit to the parts department. They agreed and assured me it was in their «system.» I tried using the credit and they had no record of it. I’ve also called 3 times to try to reconcile this and nobody ever calls me back. It’s just unprofessional.

I bought a used Infiniti from local dealer, realized that the clock light was out and standard warranty just expired few months ago. It would cost me around 500 to replace the part, so I called the original dealer hoping they will replace it under goodwill. The original dealer refused, just because I wasn’t the original owner, despite the original owner had serviced with them too.
I called Tustin Infiniti, as they are the closest dealer around me. I explain the situation to the service manager, telling him that I will start serving with them. The manager promised to help me out to replace the parts with no charge.
Awesome guy and very friendly staff, and of course I will be more willing to take my car in for their service!

Great pricing and amazing service from Jordan Taulau! I was upside down more than $ 8,000 on my trade in and he found a way to get that reduced by 65%. This made my new car much more affordable. My first choice of cars was a Q60 but I decided on the Q50S instead. He made that happen even after I signed paperwork and drove the Q60 with no questions asked.
