This place is amazing! Miss Bobbies is the sweetest lady and her protein shakes are one of the best that I have ever had. It is so nice to have a convenient low carb option that tastes like I’m eating my favorite dessert. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is dieting or just wants a healthy way to have a milkshake!

I love this place! We go here on a weekly basis. Basically, we worked out a deal with Miss Bobbie that we go there on Saturdays and she makes us bomb-ass peanut butter chocolate protein shakes. When I get married, my guests will drink her shakes. Since we’re on the ketogenic diet(i.e. low carb), it’s often difficult for us to 1) find low-carb food and 2) eat good low-carb food. Luckily for us, Miss Bobbie not only has low carb pizzas, but also chips, mochas, ice cream and syrups. The Carbquik is approximately $ 20 at Miss Bobbie’s, but I’ve seen it much higher online and other grocery stores. I think there’s a $ 10 minimum for credit cards, so try to bring cash if you can!

First off, Miss Bobbie is as sweet as they get… and her low carb ice cream isn’t bad either! An amazing variety of low carb meals, treats and baking ingredients. We had the eggnog ice cream(amazing!) and the peanut butter shake along with the pesto and pepperoni pizzas. After not eating ice cream or pizza in weeks, it was a great treat with high protein and a very low carb count. It was a truly delicious way to feel like we were splurging when we were really still eating pretty low carb. Plus, the food filled us up like crazy. We bought a variety of items from the shop as well, and though they were pricey, they were well worth the cost.

Died and went to heaven with a chocolate peanut butter protein shake! I will gladly drive the hour it takes to get here! Great selection of products. Can’t wait to return!

This review is only for the products sold here; I didn’t actually try any of the food. I came here because I was looking for stuff while on the keto diet. I found ketchup, bbq sauce, chocolate syrup, and an assortment of other low/no-carb goodies. It was about $ 5 per bottle of sauce. It’s pretty decently priced compared to online, plus you have to pay for shipping if you get it online. I thought it’d be hard to find parking since it’s on Main Street in downtown but there’s actually a pretty big parking lot behind the store.

Really good variety of different types of food. I tried a chocolate armaretto shake, amazing! Especially considering it only had 8 carbs and 30 g of protein!

I am not a «low carber» and I do not like products that are«sugar free», as I don’t like the aspertame aftertaste. I also am not an «iced» coffee fan. HOWEVER, I tried the blended iced coffee(coconut mocha). It was so very delicious and without the guilt. It was the best iced coffee drink that I have ever tasted. I could actually taste the coffee and it was blended as well as a thick milk shake. Next time, I am going to try Miss Bobbie’s protein shake with real peanut butter. Way to go, Miss Bobbie! Great idea for such a time as this. I especially liked your soft background music selection! The dining experience is that of a modern day malt shop. We need more businesses that are health conscious. Blessings!

I was super excited when I found this shop because it was supposed to be low carb food items. I ordered one of the Eat-Rite pizzas that claims to have 3−5grams of carbs and it was delicious. However, I bought a few to take home and after eating my 2nd pizza, I found it very hard to believe that it was that low in carbs and fat so I googled«Eat-Rite Pizza» and this is what I found: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if the article above is correct, then these pizzas are FAR from low-fat and low-carb. They are the exact opposite! On a positive note, I did buy the cheese crisps and they are great and Miss Bobbie is very sweet.

The market and the food served here are priced a tee bit high, but where else can you find a place that specializes in low-carb food? Although I bought a small sandwich that came with some flax seed chips and a slice of pickle for about $ 6, it was a darn good meal that did not make me feel guilty for devouring it so quickly. There are two tables set outside too so I got to enjoy my healthy meal and absorb some vitamin-D. :) They have a variety of food in the market like chips, granola bars, treats, powdered peanut butter, sauces, seasoning, bread, bagels, frozen pizza, cereal, etc. To state the obvious, these are all low-carb. So if you’re diabetic, trying to lose weight, or just eating healthier, drop by and immerse yourself in this small gem.

Honestly this was a slightly disappointing trip for an afternoon lunch. It was great to meet and chat with Miss Bobbie about our low carb adventures and what works and does not work but I guess because I have been doing this for over a year now I feel like I have found many of the items on her menu meals I make everyday at home. However, I don’t have a soft serve low carb fro-yo machine at home that dishes out 5 grams of many different flavors of fro-yo. Besides the location being a restarant it’s also a great store of many low carb items some I’ve seen and some I haven’t.

Walking around in low-carb heaven right now. Bobbie is super helpful and I found products(i.e. CarbQuik, powdered P2B peanut butter powder, low-carb cereals and cookie mixes, energy bars, pizza, etc.) that I have been searching for online forever! Great atmosphere and situated in a quaint location(downtown Tustin). If you’re new to the low-carb lifestyle this place is a great place to start!!!

I love the food, especially the pizza. The staff is great. My only issue is that they’re handling food and don’t wear hair nets or tie their hair back.

I drive past this place about once a week. Now that my wife and I are on low carb diets, we decided to give it a try. The store part of the business has an impressive display of low carb products. I saw pancake mix, syrup, frozen burrito/wrap things, pizza crusts, BBQ sauce, drink syrups, pasta sauce, and a lot of other things in addition to the traditional low carb bars, breads, and cookies. But, we were there for luch. The staff is very nice and friendly. They seem eager to help. We both ordered the tuna salad. The large salad for $ 5.99 is pretty big. The romain lettuce seemed very fresh. The cucumber and tomatos were also pretty good. The tuna was mixed with mayo, which was fine. I think the salad could have been a little more exciting since there are a lot of low carb veggies out there. For example, a couple olives, some celery, asparagus, or a mixture of greens would have made the salad more exciting for me. The dressing served on the side was quite good. I will likely come back here because the food is fresh and portions are pretty good. I will probably try a sandwich or hot wings next time I come.

This is the only shop I know where they sell PB2 so I got some. Not a fan of PB2, but this store is cute. They have a hand-written menu with low carb, diabetic, protein-packed foods and there is a ton of grocery on their floor to ceiling shelves. The shop is small and fits nicely into Downtown Tustin. However, besides PB2, the food doesn’t sound all that great. Maybe if they spruced up the menu or had it written nicer?

I just came back home with a vanilla Peanut Butter diabetic & pregnancy friendly milkshake with flaxseed and fresh whipped cream. OMG. Freaking amaxing. I live just down the street and always tell myself I should really go check out what they have intead of staring at the menu from outside the menu. Miss Bobbie was super sweet and super helpful! and so was Wanda! She assured me that the protein shake was ok for baby to be. Honestly for a health food shop, it was decently priced. I enjoyed my perfectly blended protein shake. not too thick –Just perfect :) I will definitely be making a stop at Miss Bobbies again soon when I get the urge for something sweet and guilt free for baby and I. YUM!

SO I live in Tustin and have driven by Miss Bobbie’s for many many years wondering how such a specialized shop as a «low carb» café stays in business for all these years. Having started a low carb diet I decided it was the perfect time to check it out. OMG. it’s low carb heaven! Now it is a smidgie pricey but being such a small shop I can understand how she’s gotta make a profit. Evenso, there are a few things(like reduced sugar ketchup and pancake syrup, low carb tortillas and tofu noodles) that you can get at the regular grocery stores for about half the price BUT she does have a fabulous selection of things you never see anywhere else. Some of my FAVS include the Quattro Pizza, the marshmellows, the low carb pancake mixes, the cinnamon raisin bread and the dark chocolate almond bars. Be warned though. she does run out of stuff often and sometimes it takes awhile to get stuff back in stock so I wouldn’t go getting too addicted to any one thing cuz you might not see it for awhile. Either that or stock up when you see them in stock! Also, the soft serve yogurt and shakes are FABULOUS! You’d never know they are low-carb. She also sells frozen versions of the yogurt in the back freezer but they aren’t near as good. Also, I’d skip the artic zero ice cream is the stand-alone freezer. I tried a couple flavors and they were less than appealing to me – just an FYI.
