History

Established in 2008.

Sol Source, Inc. was founded by Chris and Michael Jensen. It was originally focused on the property preservation industry dealing primarily with the large amount of Foreclosures that went on the market in the end of 2008 and continued through 2009. The company was very successful in repairing damaged homes back to a salable condition.

In 2010 Michael had been approached to go to work for Service Masters a leading restoration company. After being there for over a year he then brought his knowledge and expertise back to Sol Source, Inc in 2011. At that time Sol Source Restoration & Construction became the new company name. We have been doing Insurance Restoration since then. We have done hundreds of jobs for many of the largest insurers Farmers, State Farm, USAA, Assurant, Liberty Mutual and Mercury to name a few. We have hundreds of satisfied customers.

Founder Sol Source, Inc. in 2008

Chris has been in the construction industry for over 15 Yrs. He has had many different positions from carpenter to superintendent to his current position of General Manager.

He has been involved in insurance claims for over 3 yrs. His background is originally in Real Estate Finance so as you can imagine he is the one to go to for navigating through an Insurance claim. He is skilled at negotiating on your behalf with insurance adjusters to make sure you are getting the proper amount for your repair to be completed.
