I’m looking for a new car wash so I decided to give these folks a try. After waiting nearly 5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge me another vehicle pulled up and was immediately acknowledged by the same person who was sitting on his a** and looked at me sitting in my vehicle several times. I left and will not be returning or recommending this place.

Rude management. I paid $ 26 for the $ 30 deluxe package after I confirmed with management that everything I needed would be done.
I go back to my car, and it looks virtually untouched. The manager insisted that I paid an additional $ 33 to get everything done the way I wanted, completely voiding the purpose of me going for the Unilocal deal to begin with.
$ 59 later, and I’m stuck with a half-​assed car wash and interior cleaning. I’m pretty disappointed, stay FAR away from this place.

My brother in law comes here and told me about the place. The last car wash I had was a bad experience from another business in Santa Ana, so I decided to check this place out. I’m glad I brought my car here. I was satisfied and they actually put time to clean the inside. I’ll be returning.

I love coming here. I spilled something in my trunk and I had them wash it. He only charged me 15 bucks extra to wash the big mat in the back and they did an excellent job. I am coming back for sure. They are super nice and friendly and do a good job every time I come in. This is the best car wash in Tustin hands down!

Decent wash for an okay price. Quite a wait. The interior of my door still has streaks from a spray and I didn’t get an air freshener as I was asked which I prefer at pull in.

So bad. This is my second time here and both times have not been good. There are always cars here and I truly do not know why. My car is left with bugs all over the front, tar skid marks on the body behind my wheels, wheels are half cleaned and specks left everywhere. I even try to go over the sections that need to be clean more and they say it won’t come off. When I get home I have to take a wet rag and spot clean my car which works just fine. I do not recommend going here.

I came in today and got my car washed. They did an excellent job on my car. They vacuumed my car and the trunk. They washed my wheels and did an excellent job on the car. I am definitely coming back. Next time I come in I want to get my car waxed. They have a special and I’m going to take advantage of it!

I had a wonderful experience at this place. Although I chose to go at the busiest time of day for them I was overall happy with my car wash. The only reason that kept me from rating this place a 5 star is because I did pay for the Luxary wash which was $ 30 and it entailed exterior and interior. That being said the backs of my seats were still streaked with dirt spots (we recently moved and had bikes loaded in, that’s why I was in such a need for a good wash) and that’s one of the main things I wanted them to get but I can’t complain. Next time I’ll just ask them if they could get them, no hard feelings I tipped the man who cleaned it, they are all such hard workers and I recommend tipping them:) I’ll definitely be back, maybe next time at a differnt hour so it’s not so busy.

I hadn’t wash my Expedition since August (had a knee injury then surgery) car is in like new condition but needed a good hand wash and nice scrub on my rims — decided to go with the luxury wash which includes the interior. As I sat and watched the guy he was a beast and was cleaning my car just like I would! What makes it even better is he even did the insides of the windows and a superb job on the interior!
Andres is a beast! Best guy to have work on your car!!! Well worth it and drove away feeling almost like new — probably should have had them wash my plastic mats too!
Hands down best car wash I’ve had at that price!!!

I was very disappointed with the service I received on Monday. I paid for a deluxe wash, upgraded for oversized vehicles and since the place was busy I was expecting a good result. Even the basic wash includes vacuuming. I was so disappointed when I opened the back of my vehicle to place groceries inside, only to find that it had not been vacuumed and the grass and dirt were still there. I also found a sticky substance on the passenger door. There are too many options out there for me to even bother giving this place another try. I recommend you thoroughly check your vehicle before leaving if you do go here.

As there is no carwash hours stated on their Unilocal,I call and they say they close at 5. I show up at 4:40 and the guys by the vacuum cleaners reject to wash my car and they told me because they were so busy today they’re closing early. I was shocked and asked for manager but they said he went home. So im really confused and upset and wont ever come back here because of their dishonesty and inconsistency. Horrible management.

I love coming here. They did an excellent job on my car today. I barley come to this area but when I come for work I always stop by and get my car cleaned and fill up on gas. I usually get the luxury wash and they put in armarall on the inside and out so it looks nice.

This place is solid. I got an interior detail today and they did a superb job cleaning every corner and crevice of my car. It took about an hour and it came out clean and perfect.
