Great job. Nice people. Free wi-​fi. This is my first review even though I’ve used Unilocal for years. I hope that speaks for itself.

Took my car in for the first time today, I’m a guy who has always washed my car myself. I didn’t trust carwash places cause they always half assed the jobs, but not this place they did a great job I will keep going back and i will put more reviews up as I keep going back.

Today my bf and I separately drove our cars here from San Diego to get a wash (yes, pretty loyal to this place). We’ve managed to help the drought by spending months and months without getting a car wash, so the exterior was pretty dusty and the interior needed a good cleanup. Two years after my 1^st visit here, and Steve and his team still give prime customer service that makes us feel like we’re well taken care of!

I admit this was my first experience with car detailing. So I have nothing to compare it to. But it’s also my first Unilocal review. That’s how happy I am with the job they did. Friendly, professional, thorough.
My car is ten years old and sort of beat up on the outside. And it had Christmas tree needles in it from last year, and ok, maybe some from the year before. I was sort of embarrassed to bring it in alongside newer, cleaner cars. But I feel like they treated me as if I’d brought in a BMW. And it looks fantastic. They said they’d make it as «close to new» as they could. And that’s exactly what they did.
AND it’s the lowest price I found for the highest reviewed places I was willing to drive to. I’m 100% satisfied.

This place was so convenient, all done while we were at the brewery. They did a clay wax detail on my car, and it came out so smooth and beautiful. I was very happy with the job and the price was very reasonable. They also take out dents if you need. will be back!

So I went here to get my first ever Toyota Sienna’s interior detailed & all I can say is the car blew me away once I received it. I have 3 children all 4 & under so you could imagine what type of mess my interior looked like. We’re talking about milk stains all over the seats, chocolate milk stained on the carpet, pieces of dried play doh stuck in the cracks, brown mildew looking streaks all over top of the van, etc. Well you get the picture. Anyways, received my car & the interior looked like I just purchased it brand new from the dealership. Every nook & cranny was cleaned & I certainly was impressed. A+ service.
Which leaves me to another reason why I applaud Steven (owner) & his business. When I got home, I noticed a small scratch on the drivers side area. Knowing this wasn’t present before I brought it in, I emailed Steven about the issue I had. He told me to bring it in & he would check it out. Upon arrival, he checked out the scratch & before I could even speak he offered some solutions to fix my scratch all on his behalf. I was ready to almost plead my case with this man but I could really tell he was certainly genuine and honest about the situation. Most other people would blame it on something else, but he really took the time to look at it & even contemplate where this could have happened while my car was being detailed. He than took it upon himself to get the proper touch up paint from the dealership & said he would call me when I could bring my car in for the fix (paint and sanding). We don’t live in a perfect world & I really applaud Steven’s integrity for his business & clients. After all with the amount of business this guy had when I brought my van in, it doesn’t surprise me I may have gotten a scratch because it was so darn crowded there. Definitely will be coming back to this place. Thanks again Steven!

This place is amazing. I managed to squeeze an appointment on a Thursday pretty late and waited for about an hour. I had sap on my car that had been there since November — May and blue streaks from who knows where. Ultimate Custom Car Care was able to take both off and clean my car inside and out at such a reasonable price. The car looked like it came out of the dealership! They had such good service — car and customer.
I highly recommend coming here and have recommended them already to my family and friends!

This is a über late review but I wanted to make sure these guys get stars they deserve. I bought a used Saturn Vue with cloth interior for my mother in law and everything was perfect except for the dirty interior. My wife would not even go inside to take a look. It has stains galore and a buffet of unknown embedded food crumbs to match. I was no match to tackle this type of work so I looked around for professional help and ultimately decided to go with these guys. They were neither the cheapest or expensive but surely the best compared other SoCal interior detailers including mobile. The manager talked to me in detailed of the entire process and was very friendly throughout the whole phone conversation so I decided to go ahead and book a date to go in. Note: They are appointment only for the deep cleaning interior so you will have to plan ahead.
Overall, I was extremely surprised on how well the interior came out. The interior was almost near perfect new. Plus the mother in law was loving her new ride. I am really glad I came here and will be coming back again for my other vehicles.

WASH (FULL SERVICE) & HAND WAX [5/​5]
I brought in my car last week of April on a Thursday around 2 PM and my parents car just this past Saturday around 7:50 AM (it randomly rained just serveral hours prior!) to get the «Wash & Hand Wax service.» Thankfully there weren’t a line a cars out the door during at those times :) UCCC again did an amazing job. The staff was friendly as usual and they were done with both the cars in about 1 — 1.5 hour.
Mentioned in my prior review, UCCC is a 100% hand car wash. No going through any wash machine watsoever. You drive up to their «driveway entrance» and if it’s full pull up to the curbside to park your car there. Sometimes I leave my car keys in the car or I’ll take them with me to give it to the staff. Then head on in to the office/​check-​in area & let them know the service you need. For these 2 visits I waited in their «lounge» area & there’s indoor or outdoor seating.
+ Quality & service still outstanding!

+ Can request for air freshener too — I did not know this til i overheard customers letting the staff know what scent they wanted.

WOW was I impressed. Steve and his crew are awesome! Took my scrape right out. My brand new car looks like new again. Excellent customer service! Even though it’s not close to me, I’ll drive to Tustin. Steve made my day! You gotta go, this place is the BEST!

1^st time here. Came on a Thursday afternoon, they were fairly busy, I was about 4 cars behind. The owner informed me it would take about 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min. I appreciate the honesty.
They have a small office area with free wifi or you can sit outside on the lounging chairs
Full hand wash like all the reviews have claimed. Full team cleaning your car inside out.
My car was cleaned within 1 hr as promised, and the owner pulled up my car and I’ll admit it was squeeky clean inside out and not 1 drip of water. Unlike the other fast car wash places you typically go to.
Overall, if you have some time, I would definitely recommend this spot. You definitely get your money’s worth and I was very happy with their work. I will definitely be bringing my other car here for detail work.

Best carwash I’ve ever had! This place does not disappoint! I highly recommend this place over any competition. Try them out, you will become a regular.

I trust Steve with my car. He always has a smile, his workers take a lot of care in the details and it comes out making me proud without making me broke. If you don’t have 3 hours to wait, grab Über for a ride home and back.

Brought our new-​to-​us Tacoma to Ultimate Custom Car Care a day after we took it home from the dealer. It is a 2011 with 142k miles on it. The dealer cleaned it up pretty well but there were some things on the inside that I felt could be cleaner.
Ultimate Custom Car Care made things way better on both the inside and the outside! They took scratches out of the clear coat and cleaned the inside to make it look brand spankin’ new! They took marks off the headliner, pet hair out of the seats, and made the interior musty smell go away. All of it done an hour earlier than initially projected.
I will be bringing my older 1991 Miata here for a full detail, too. I couldn’t be happier. Give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is pretty legit. I came in before 1pm and it wasn’t too pack. My luck, right!?!
I normally take my car to the dealership because I get a free wash for life. The car wash at my dealership was down so I came here. Good thing I did. They clean my dashboard very well, my mats were washed as well. The outside looks like a great job well done.

Wow! Best car wash in town! Actually best in OC! I was referred here by someone and made the drive all the way from mission Viejo and it was totally worth it! My car looks great! Inside and outside! I have a white car so it shows everything! Looks great! I can’t wait to go back
