We’ve had a storage unit with AAA Shiloh Storage for a year and have been pleased with the facility and service. We’ve appreciated the gated entrance and well-​lit storage areas. The office staff have been courteous and helpful. No complaints.

Self AAA Storage, Paluxy & Shiloh Rd locked me out of my storage unit building which I automatically pay for. I had 2 car loads of Christmas stuff packaging loaded up & they said tough luck, their alarm co vendor’s mistake & complained about me getting them out of bed at 9:30pm as I had them on the phone. Buildings are advertised open till 10:00pm! I won’t be able to move my stuff away from this company soon enough. FYI Tylerites!
I confirmed a new storage facility and will be moving my stuff out and to the new storage Thursday, 12−19−13. I had been a loyal customer for approx 8 years. That didn’t mean as much as anything else, especially my disturbing Rebecca, AAA on call representative more fond of sleeping than taking care of loyal customers. What kind of company would not control access to their facility for their customers 24⁄7???
