We specialize in different kinds of adobo dishes, such as pork, pork belly and chicken. We also have specialty Filipino dishes such as kare-kare (beef stew in peanut sauce) and sisig (chopped pork shoulder).
We also have an assortment of homegrown favorites for dessert such as halo-halo, turon, and buko pandan!
History
Established in 2010.
Established by two Harvard Business School graduates, Adobo Connection is a chain of restaurants that showcase the food and feeling of the Filipino home to everyone.
The first store was opened in November 2010 in Makati. Backed by the same team that won the Best Foreign Franchise in the 2009 Entrepreneur Franchising Awards, Adobo Connection is now one of the fastest-growing Filipino franchises and the largest food franchise dedicated to our national dish.
