History
Established in 2010.
After a weight loss transition that changed her life over 10 years ago, Jennifer Morrison became increasingly dedicated to expanding and enhancing her education regarding weight loss and fitness. She became her own guinea pig, trying every workout, every gym, and every diet and is currently working on a BS in Kinesiology at CSUEB. While studying to acquire her personal training certification, Jennifer was introduced to contact kickboxing and was mentored as a Fitness Boxing Instructor by former professional boxer, Paul Rubio. She has been using boxing and kickboxing to achieve success with her clients in the comfort of their own homes. Realizing there were a range of personal trainers, some certified, but poorly educated and some with great talent, she decided to form a business to provide those who were looking for a true lifestyle change and not a quick fix with a trainer who was truely dedicated and good at helping people make the transition of their lives!

She became her own guinea pig, trying every workout, every gym, and every diet. Her recent studies include Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Physiology, Nutrition for Weight loss, Sports Nutrition, and Athletic Training. She is currently a student of Kinesiology, the study of Human Movement and is working on a Bachelor of Science degree. Jennifer holds one of the most respected Personal Trainer Certifications in the country from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is currently training for a Fitness Boxing Instructor Certification through USA Boxing. She is now committed to helping others find the same success she continues to enjoy.
