They no longer service San Diego. They sold they business to a company in San Diego that so so. I don’t think i hire them again so that to bad. We will miss you been down here.

Yeah, it is exactly what you probably already think and what you have read from some of the reviewers here! They will come in under the promise of clearing your drain for $ 49.50 and try to sell you service that can only be done for 3 to 5 times the price! I had a simple bathroom sink clog and the guy came, said it he couldn’t clear it, wanted to charge $ 350 to do it, and left with my $ 50 bucks while I was still stuck with a clogged drain! I had to get a referral to an honest plumber that cleared for $ 75 with no problems! That was a $ 50 lesson!
P. S. They also go by the name of Option One Plumbing.

I have used Logan @ Any Drain several times for different properties I rent out. Each time he was diligent, honest and hard working. Not always on time, but then that can’t be helped as you don’t know how big the problem is until you get there. A simple drain clog is $ 49. If you need more, they also will «jet» out your pipes all the way to the main for a lot more money, but then it is a lot more work and worth every penny. He also had to use a camera once to see what was blocking the drain and it was a concrete like substance from some contractor pouring his left overs down my exterior drain. THAT was a pain and a project, but not Logan’s fault… They are great.

Website (and on their truck) says «24hr service same low price» and also «no hidden costs». Warning: FALSE ADVERTISING. I’m sure they are experienced plumbers. But their pricing is in fact, more than double the price for off hour, weekend, and holiday work, which I believe is a hidden cost. If they lie about those facts, can I really trust them to be honest at the jobsite?
I’ve worked with them in the past and they used to be great. I do believe the business was sold. The new owners should update their information to avoid these problems and misunderstandings, or maybe they’re ok with it. It’s just a shame to see a good business go south.

Short version: an overpriced, unreliable nightmare.
Longer version: I woke up on a Friday morning to find that my garage was a lake. Something on my filter/​softener system burst and I didn’t have a bypass, so I shut it all off and went plumber shopping. Called these guys at 11:30am and spoke to a stoic man. Explained the entire situation to him and he was in total agreement that what I need is a bypass to be installed to go around the softener and filters. I asked if he had people that were qualified and good in that, and he assured me that they had two types of employees and the one he sends to me would be the right type. We set an appointment between 4−6pm, and he gave me the impression that it was very likely that he would be here sooner — so naturally I didn’t bother seeing up any more appointments.
5:45pm rolled around and still no word from them. I call and the older receptionist was surprised to find that there was absolutely no record of my appointment ANYWHERE in her system! She was apologetic and assured me that she was going to get to the bottom of it and call me back. Thanx a lot, because now it’s too late to call anybody else out to get this resolved before the weekend! Now I’m probably looking at weekend rates with another plumber because these people screwed up.
6:45pm comes and goes and she never called me back! And magically, they’re not answering the phone anymore!
8am on Saturday I called AGAIN and spoke to a younger, very polite receptionist. She apologized and set another appointment between 10 – 12 and assured me that I wouldn’t be charged weekend rates.
Noon approaches and they still haven’t called me nor showed up after I have rearranged the morning and waited at my house for hours! Unreal! I called and spoke to the receptionist again and she said that she was going to call the technician in the area and have him or her call me right back.
12:20 Receptionist calls us back (gasp!) and says that their guy will be at my place by 1pm.
After another phone call at 1:10, the receptionist called the guy again and let us know that he was «around the corner.» He showed up after 1:20pm and quoted the work at $ 468. That’s double what I was expecting to pay. My concern at the cost was returned with an arrogant response of «Hey, plumbers aren’t cheap!»
Thanx for the fun memories. I called another plumber (Punk Rock Plumbing) and they were here in under an hour, did the work for $ 300, and did an amazing job. ON A SATURDAY. **THAT** is how this should work, people.

These guys are what some call Pole Pokers. The technician goes up to your roof and snake the pole and tells you there is a problem. First excuse was that the roto rooter wasn’t long enough to reach my blockage from the roof… «your house is weird». Then after calling the manager he says that they need to use pressurized water to clear the blockage and instead of the «Any Drain $ 49.50» price, that is their entire branding and message, they tell me it is $ 285 for their pressurized water. He says now that the roto rooter is in fact long enough but wont help because it is a grease blockage. When the technician said it was a paper blockage!!! I cannot believe when people lie that they can’t even lie straight! Total waste of time.
Oh and by the way they got water all over my garage floor because the technician said «I didn’t notice the hole in my shop vac, just a little water no big deal». Except that little bit of stank water got on my wife’s shoes that the technician was stepping all over like they werent there.
SCAM– They tell you that they can clear any drain for their price. BS.

You get what you pay for! The plumber took 30 seconds, oh it is fixed 49.50. Great, nice and easy. An hour later, the same problem. Call for an appointment the next day between 4 and 6, 8 p.m. still no show. Brianna in customer service says they did the best they could. So the best they could do is not only late, but flat out not showing up after they could not do the job correctly the first time.

I had the sewer backing up into the house, husband out of town, 8pm. Unilocaled, found Any Drain/​Option one they were here by 9pm routed sewer line. When my husband came back into town we called Jose to come out again, he put a camera to the line it showed tree roots had broken the sewer line. They had to dig to the line and replace it, and did a great clean up, in a very short period of time. Would highly recommend Jose and his crew.

Showed up on time and cleared our bathroom sink drain in about 20 minutes. Charge was $ 49.50 no hidden fees. About a month ago we called another plumbing company to do the same job in our other bathroom and was charged $ 120. What a rip off… Will definitely use Any Drain again.

Mike H. and Adam have been to 2 of my rental properties. Both times they were professional and courteous. Everything was explained before work was performed. Repairs were done in a timely manner and sites was left clean. I am very happy with repairs performed and will definitely recommend to friends and family

Just used these guys today for the first time. Partly based on all the great reviews here on Unilocal and also from a good friend’s referral. I had just purchased a new (to me) home, built around 1973. I’ve only been in the home for a week and the shower started backing up, then both toilets. After talking to my friend and doing a web search I called Any Drain this morning. They gave me a show up window of 11am — 1pm and Lee showed up right at 11am. Truth in advertising is right! They worked their collective butt’s off and got everything cleared and working great… for the one low price as advertised of $ 49.50. I’m completely impressed and very satisfied. If I ever get a clogged drain or plumbing problem in the future they’ll get my return business for sure!

Ok so here it is.
Blocked drain problem; do not think about it just call these guys.
I was a contractor for 20 years so I can spot a good honest worker a mile off I have employed enough of them.
The guy that turned up his name was Matt I did not tell him I was a contractor for 20+ years I like to play a little naïve see if contractors will try to blow any smoke up me.
How ever with this guy I was pleasantly surprised not only was he polite he was thorough did not complain when my weird shaped pipe turned into a pig to snake like a trooper he just kept going.
He left after having a problem with his drain rooter but followed up with phone calls as to scheduling got the drain router new part and drove all the way back… I was surprised I have known plumbers disappear when a job is too tough for them or not enough in it for them.
These guys are fair thorough honest and actually care more about making the customer happy than anything else.
I say two thumbs up and use them.

Real family business, grandmother answered phone, grandson cleared the drain. Was there within 2 hours. The best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with, if I ever have problems again with my drain, they will definitely get a call.

I have used Any Drain Co. twice this year. Not only are they the most reasonable, but are very efficient, on time, and they are also very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them ;-)

Called to make an appointment, but the phone reception was shoddy. Told the woman I’d call right back on another phone, and apparently she decided to start screening her calls… They must not need the business…1 star for providing such a great customer service experience…

Really a good company to work with. I have hired them twice now and they have done a fantastic job. I have had a lot of experience working with lousy contractors in my life.
I contacted Any Drain after two contractors told me that the bath tub drain cannot be snaked/​fixed and that the bath tub need to be removed. Total cost for the job was quoted at $ 3,800 (Rite Away Services and A-​1 Rooter).
I called Any Drain based on my previous experience with them. They got the problem fixed in 5 minutes and charged me $ 49. That is called honesty and a great customer service. I wish them all the luck to be successful and I will hire them again in the future.

We operate a child care business from our home and experienced a main line sewer backup. Needless to say, we needed a plumber out to our house ASAP before we opened Monday morning. I found Any Drain Co on craiglist and couldn’t believe their prices! $ 49.95 is what they charged to unstop my sewer line. Jason came out at 9pm on a Sunday and quickly took care of our problem. He was professional, courteous and explained the reasons for the constant backups. We’ll definately call Any Drain Co. from now on. Thank you guys and keep up the great service. :-)

Great customer service at an unbeatable price. How often do you get a plumbing job done and it was less than what you expected? We had a problem with our water heater pipes and Branden came out and fixed the problem in a snap, not to mention he was at my house with his assistant 25 minutes before the time he said he would be. He was strait forward with me on prices and answered all questions i had for him. When talking to him i remember him saying they do jobs from Pico Rivera and SGV out west all the way East to Riverside and San Bernardino.
Highly Reccomended.

I don’t really write reviews for any companies other than restaurants, but I had to for these guys.
I had a clogged toilet that I wasn’t able to unclog by plunger or snake. He came over same day and was polite and professional.
He had the proper tools; he knew what he was doing; and got the job done in about 45 minutes without removing the entire toilet.
There prices are competitive too.
I would reuse there service for sure.
