My experience working with Arrow simplified in one word. Awful!
In every aspect, from the lack of attention to detail to the lack responsiveness, they claim and say that they will get something done, and a week later had to remind them again of what was needed. Don’t recommend, unless you don’t mind chasing them down to get your work done.
