Inner Works

I have been attending the InnerWorks Wellness Center for almost 10 years. When I began, I was physically ill, barely able to walk, and with pains throughout my body. Today, I am active and pain free, which I mainly attribute to InnerWorks. The studio has a variety of classes (pilates, childrens’, kundalini, etc.); I especially like the «Gentle Yoga» class where Patty provides sessions which are tailored to meet everyone’s needs. InnerWorks also provides workshops and reading discussion groups that emphasizes body, mind, and spirit. I highly recommend InnerWorks!

I love this place and it’s about the only place you can go for Kundalini Yoga, my favorite style of Yoga. It’s a magical, spiritual adventure for me every time! It’s to me more of what Yoga is, focus on breath work, postures, mantras, meditation — I LOVE IT.
Come check it out and leave your inhibitions at home. But be sure to bring a blankly for the relaxation.
I really like how when Patty (or the other teachers too) tell u about the meaning of the mantra or benefits of the poses u are doing.

I was really in need of some yoga, so I was excited to attend a class at Inner Works. The class that I chose was not for me though, it was basically just a bunch of breathing, and while I enjoy breathing I also really enjoy getting my heart rate up with some good yoga stretches. It was my fault that I chose the wrong style class for my practice that day.
On the other hand, there were some big issues with this class. First of all, the room was really cold. We spent the entire hour and a half cold. The breathing exercises that we were doing were not enough to warm up my body.
Another issue was that the yoga teacher was reading from a book to provide instructions for the exercises. I have never seen anything like it.
The bottom line is, that class was not for me, the environment was too cold, and the instructor appeared to be unsure.

BEST Pilates studio in the Inland Empire by far… I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years-​started with the 9am Pilates mat classes & Tues/​Thurs 5:30pm mat classes, & felt & noticed such a strength & difference in my body that I then progressed to group & individual sessions on the reformers with Alicia & Lauren who are AMAZING! Innerworks has become like a family to me-​everyone is so incredibly warm, welcoming & supportive-I’ve also noticed such an improvement in my flexibility & muscle tone! I’ve continued with my sessions throughout both of my pregnancies now (pretty much until delivering) & Alicia & Lauren were always dedicated to making my workouts effective & therapeutic-​I just had my 2^nd baby & have never felt more fit! I HIGHLY recommend Innderworks & look forward to MANY more years as a dedicated client!

The BEST in the area. Inner Works’ staff has expert knowledge of Pilates and beyond. The range of services for such an intimate studio makes Innerworks a rare find. There is no other local studio that offers such a unique and in-​depth variety of experiences, whether it be Pilates, yoga, meditation or access to Ayurvedic experise. The studio has a very active calendar of events that introduce and reinforce practices, such as full moon gong meditations and excellent yoga workshops. Upland is very fortunate to have a place like Innerworks! I recommend this studio to anyone interested in Pilates training, yoga and events and classes that engage the body, mind and spirit.

I attend the Saturday 9am Pilates mat class and always enjoy how it makes me feel after. It’s excellent for stretching out the muscles and challenging their strength and flexibility. They offer all the props you need including the yoga mats, fitness balls, and elastic bands. All the instructors and staff are really nice.
