My Pentair pool pump was leaking so I contacted Pentair. Later that afternoon, I received a telephone call from Integrity Plus informing me that a repair person would be out first thing in the morning. At 7:45 am their repair person arrived. He was very friendly and cordial and after explaining the leak, he knew exactly what the problem was. I had several questions regarding maintenance and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again, when I need pool repair work done.

Integrity is the best. My pool pump (or so I thought) gave out the day I was leaving for a week’s vacation, during a heatwave. Integrity ensured me not to worry, they’d come out asap and fix whatever was needed. We’ve dealt with them before and knew we could trust them to be honest and fair. The repairs needed were ¼ the cost of the new pump I thought I needed. That’s Integrity!

This is the second time in five years I have had them out to work on my pool system. Both times I was shocked how fast and cheap they completed the job. Integrity is what they are all about. This last time it was my pool heater. I ran all the test I found online to help figure out the problem and it led to a very expensive part needing replace. They came out and in less then 3 minutes told me my problem was a wired that was chewed by a mouse. They went through the whole system and were done with in 10 minutes. It cost me a fraction of what I thought I was needing to pay.
Great job again. Highly RECOMMEND!
